  Really nice pool area the kids loved it! I found the furniture to be a little uncomfortable and ugly but that's just personal opinion. I bought a soda downstairs. Staff was helpful and friendly.

  This was a pretty poor experience. The room wasn’t in great shape - torn up curtains and lamp shades that no one ever bothered to replace, peeling paint in the shower, and a room cleaning that seemed to miss half of the room. The hair dryer was missing and the housekeeping staff struggled to find one because it was apparently missing from most of the rooms. Even the TV reception kept going out! The front desk staff never seemed to want to be there and seemed very unenthusiastic about helping us replace pillows due to a down allergy. And while the location was probably good once, it’s now surrounded by largely closed businesses and boarded up restaurants. I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately I can’t.

  I am a Diamond member, so I have stayed in many IHG properties. First I want to mention the girl who checked me in was very sweet. After that, everything went south! There were flies in the window sill of my room, the toilet seat was loose and you slid all over while using the toilet. I went to the fitness room, there are 3 treadmills with out of service signs, there was an out of service sign on the ice machine as well. I always buy water when I check in, they had no water and I asked if there would be some soon and I was told maybe sometime this week. I have never been to a property with no bottled water. I took Uber to the hotel and had no way of getting water, I have kidney disease and don’t drink soda, I have to have access to water. Very old outdated TV’s in the rooms. My total bill was $177 for one night, I have stayed in much nicer places for less. IHG needs to re-evaluate this business and tell them get it cleaned up or just be a flop house for cheap!

  Super friendly. Would greatly appreciate the return of our deposit. Don't quite understand deposit how napkins from meal we didn't eat ended up in between the sheets of the bed before we tucked in for the night.
