When we checked in, the hotel charged an additional $100 "security diposit" that had not been clearly disclosed beforehand, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also from what I observed, completely unnecessary. The entire hotel has an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning only seems to have two settings—ice cold or completely off—making it difficult to keep the room comfortable. The sofa bed was unusable. The mattress was so thin that it offered almost no support. We had to call to request bedding, only to be told to collect it ourselves from reception, my husband insisted that they can bring it to the room. No extra pillows were provided either. Our daughter couldn't sleep on the sofa bed and ended up having to sleep in our bed instead. Overall, this hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality and service provided. Between the unexpected charge, uncomfortable accommodations, and poor customer service, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

The staff was very friendly and available when needed. Room rates were very reasonable. Very accommodating. I would recommend this motel anytime!!!
