  Never stay here or at any other Best Western ever again! Go in late, ate went to bed. The next morning i noticed black mold on ceiling of bathroom. Informed front desk, said someone will contact me, well they did but that was the extent of it, no action taken! No sorry! Go their money and that was about it.. Stay somewhere else besides here! Im doing you a favor!!

  I got charged 150$ because my period was heavy and I accidentally got blood on the sheets ! It didn’t get on the mattress only on sheets DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL

  Dont book here. After booking online and paying almost $500 we were told when we arrived, they needed $400 plus for a standard deposit and we would get it back in a week or so after checking out. NEVER paid anything like that at Drury Inn where we usually stay. What a nightmare. We canceled and left. Ridiculous

  This had to be one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. I wasn't expecting frills, just a clean spot to shower and rest before hitting the road again. This is a Non-Smoking hotel and when we walked into our room, it reeked of smoke. The pillowcases had black spots and hair on them. There were stains on the bedding and the mattress was weird. The shower had something disgusting on the bottom, so we used our adult children's shower. Around 10pm, I gave up because my throat was itching and I had some kind of bites on my legs, so we moved to another room just to catch some sleep. In the 2nd room, the fridge was unplugged, hot and dirty so we left everything in our cooler. I tried not to look around too much but my eye caught a glob of hair meshed into something sticky on the bathroom floor so we slept and left as early as we could in the morning and pretended we were camping. 🤢

  Overall the hotel has a very musty smell, so if you are sensitive to fragrance I would avoid as they have many air fresheners in the lobby to cover it up. The first room we were assigned had soaking wet carpets on the third floor. We changed rooms and that was fine. The breakfast was a small offering of fruit, fresh waffles, watery coffee, and yogurt. When we left the hotel the elevator smelled of marijuana, which although it is legal in MO, maybe the ventilation issues this hotel has should be addressed.
