- AOAli Odell3 days ago3.0My husband is a high school coach and him and the team booked four rooms for an out of town tournament at this hotel. When they arrived the desk worker told him that there was only one room booked. Instead of asking further questions to see if it was under someone else’s name or try to help solve the mistake, he told my husband “you need to call whoever booked this and figure this out.” and my husband showed him the booking confirmation and told him that this is on him and the hotel as the email clearly states four rooms for that night at that hotel. The worker got louder and told him “No you need to figure it out.” Finally, my husband told him to try under the athletic director’s name since he is the one that called and the other three rooms were under that name. So the rooms were booked and they were able to stay, however the worker was unpleasant, not helpful at all, and just very rude to raise his voice and tell my husband that it’s his problem to figure out despite showing him the booking confirmation. Everything else about the stay was fine, but this worker specifically brought the rating down to a 3 instead of 5 star.

- JCJoseph ChestnutMay 10, 20264.0Room was nice but it was incredibly loud bc of the pool in the main area that all the rooms lead to. Doors need better sound proofing. Asked for a extra pillow and they said they had none. Breakfast was amazing though for a hotel.
- CWCynthia WaddellMay 8, 20264.0This is definitely a three star hotel as expected. However, the one issue we had, Mary went above and beyond to resolve. It was reasonably clean, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was typical as far as a hotel breakfast. We will return.
- AKAubrey KristinaApr 23, 20265.0Booked through a third party. Was told I was getting a suite by third party —> front desk: TONY WAS WONDERFUL and gave us an amazing room with an incredible view! This town is so cute with so many little shops , food, ice cream shops, bars and grills, coffee shops! It was perfect. Room was clean, comfortable, lots of pillows, nice tv! It was great! Maaaassive hot tub and pool as well.
