  The Wi-Fi frequently disconnects and requires reconnecting. For some reason, my work laptop and phone cannot be connected to the Wi-Fi at the same time. The TV has very few channels, and you cannot stream content from your personal devices. When I asked the front desk about streaming to the TV, I was told, “I don’t know; I’ve never been in the room and used it.” When I asked why the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, I was told, “I don’t know, it must be your device.” Additionally, the room keys are extremely sensitive. If they come into contact with another electronic device, they can become demagnetized and must be rekeyed at the front desk. I would not stay here again.

  Warning NO coffee pots in your room so you have to get up and get breakfast. Clean and quiet which is much better than any commercial hotel. But no one can give you accurate directions. Awesome trail behind the hotel.

  I never leave reviews but I feel like this is needed. When I arrived it was over 70 degrees outside and my room was hotter than outside. I couldn’t sleep because how hot the room was and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Also they did not disclaim how hot it would be or the air didn’t work until I asked and then left a letter mid stay. To pay over $100 a night air should be working or it should be disclaimed before hand. Also I tried leaving the night before my checkout and the lady at the desk said if I checked out at night and instead of morning it would be a $90 nowhere is that stated either. Also why should I have to pay $90 to check out early when I already paid the next day of the room. Also there’s multiple buildings stretched out and it’s kinda confusing if your able to stay anywhere else on base I recommend. Staff was nice though and rooms were clean

  First night here and my door is broken. It wont unlock and I am currently waiting for it to be fixed. I am TAD so I can't go to another hotel and they wont give me another room because they dont have any rooms available for my length of stay. So here I am, waiting in the lobby after a 22 hour flight from Japan for someone to come fix the lock on my door. I am exhausted. Interiors are nice but please fix your doors. Beds are comfy, room is clean. But, no coffee maker, or cups. Nothing to cook with, but there's a stove. Perhaps these things will get added as people stay here- when I stayed here years ago, people would just leave kitchen supplies in their rooms. *will edit and add as stay continues*
