  We arrived about 20 before check-in. They happily got us right into our room. Our room was great. Plenty of room to move around in. A comfortable bed and big tv. Price was good. My favorite thing was the soft serve ice cream. Every evening I went down for a cup of ice cream and a cappuccino from the coffee bar. Safe travels everyone and stay here every chance you get!!

  Very attentive and lovely breakfast attendant; she was really nice. Cannot say the same about the front desk guy(african american individual), had a couple of people waiting for about 20-30 mins to check in/out because he was doing who knows what in his silver car that he just left parked in front of the doors. Not until another front desk guy showed up, we were able to check out.

  This place is very clean and comfortable. The ice cream machine was a nice touch.

  I’m giving this 2 stars because the front desk lady was exceptional- otherwise, I’d give it a 1-star. My room’s floors were all tile and sticky, the room smelled of a broken men’s cologne bottle (probably why the floors were sticky), the AC couldn’t maintain 68-70° it was constantly kicking on and kicking off all night. When it shuts off it sounds like it’s trying to jump out of the window. There was what appeared to be snot wiped on the wall around the toilet paper area. The beds were uncomfortable and the road noise from I-44 was so loud, any cars passing by as if they were in your room with you. I booked for a Sunday afternoon checkin and a Wednesday morning checkout. I travel for work weekly in hotels. I was so exhausted I spoke with my manager to comeback at the end of the week to start my work week and checked out Monday afternoon. I was told I was going to be refunded for the Tuesday night stay since I was checking out Monday afternoon. Sure enough- they didn’t. Expedia had to reach out to them and personally spoke with the manager who denied my refund even though I only stayed ONE night of the 3, so based on that alone- I’ll never stay here NOR a Best Western ever again. Sad because I stayed in BW+ all of last year in multiple cities and this year weekly. Onward to Drury & Hilton. Bye BW!

  All-in-all a good experience. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bath. Cons: our floor was extremely sticky but Hannah took care of it while we went out to sightsee. There initially was an unpleasant odor in the room but bleach-cleaning the floor took care of that.
