  Me and my spouse chose this hotel as our anniversary getaway and it was probably one of our worst decisions we could’ve made. Not only were we rudely turned down because we were 20 and not 21, the front desk denied us a reimbursement and told us it wasn’t their problem. We paid $180 for our room and not even an explanation?! Mind that we had already called their service line for this exact reason and asked if it was ok that we weren’t 21 and they said it was fine. Now I can’t even get a claim going because their system is down for whatever reason. Horrible experience overall.

  I booked me and my spouse a room online when saying it was perfectly fine for me to book online because with me being 20 . We go to the hotel and the front desk not only wouldn’t let us stay but then wouldn’t help try to figure out how to get a refund. I don’t remember the clerks names but he was kinda of rude and talked to us like we were little kids and stupid . Very disappointed that this is how I get to spend my 3 year anniversary and how my first time booking a hotel room went . If you don’t allow 20 year olds to book then it should be online and any platform you can use to book. Also if you look it up it actually says you only need to be 18 to book with them .

  This seems to be an older hotel that has been excellently maintained. Tub & walls were gleaming white, spotlessly clean. Carry water for Keurig coffee maker from bathroom. Sofa sleeper and good beds with plenty of pillows. Super outstanding breakfast with selections of cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cereals , biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, juices, muffins, fresh fruit, and more. Automated machine grinds beans and brews fresh coffee, regular or decaf, 24/7! Hot water for tea or hot chocolate, too. Nice pool seemed big. Exercise room next door included all the basics.
