  Front desk was wonderful. Our room was awful. It was damp and smelled of mildew. Even the bedding smelled of it. I don't know what was PLUS about it! It was so late, we'd been driving for 11 hours or we would've went elsewhere. Luckily we had our own blankets. Very disappointed as I use BW often.

  The positive thing was that the room was clean. However, most everything else was disappointing. The parking spaces were way too small and it was hard to park even though we have a small car. The room was very dark and depressing. It felt stale and humid. The tv only sporadically worked because it used satellite cable. The shower had no water pressure. The toilet ran constantly and the highway was loud. Breakfast was ok, but so crowded because of the teams staying at the hotel. I’m glad we didn’t plan on using the pool because it looked cloudy and reeked of bleach. We really wish we’d picked another place to spend our weekend.

  Had problems with housekeeping we had no body wash in our room we had no we had trash that was still need to be empty we had trash on the floor and it was never vacuumed. The front desk receptionists were excellent they were very helpful when we got here and as we left

  This is a newly updated hotel. Breakfast attendant very personable, keeps items well stocked, an excellent variety of choices. I have stayed here on many occasions. Sit down Restaurants and fast food, gas options nearby. The last time however the elevator was not operating during morning checkout, and as a person with mobility issues going down stairs was challenging from a upper floor.

  Very hard to get to because of road construction and congestion in the area. (6/2026). The room was fine. But at 1.15am the front desk called me. Woke us up. The clerk wanted to know my name! Apparently, he thought we were checked into the wrong room! We were booked in, had prepaid, had the keys. Not only did he call our room, he also knocked on our door. The morning clerk was much more understanding. I received a full refund for the trouble. I would recommend the hotel anyway. Nice property. But just remember that it is very hard to reach from the highways.
