- DWDanetta WatsonAug 8, 20262.0My stay was good, until I got an allergic reaction to pork being mixed into the pan of turkey breakfast sausages. My tongue instantly stated to swoll!!! I contact the lady at the breakfast she informed me that they sometimes mixed pork and turkey, when they are running short. The hotel failed to properly inform the public of such practices.The sign clearly stated turkey this could have killed me!!!!!! My stay was from July 24-26, 2026. As of today the hotel has never contacted from email I sent. No knowledgement of my complaint poor customer service moving forward I would never recommend this establishment!!!

When I called the Manager on Duty, she blatantly yelled at me to walk downstairs before I could even explain my issue. Zero professionalism and zero respect. To make matters worse, room service delivered the wrong food and the attendant aggressively demanded an extra tip. She claimed the automatically charged 20 percent gratuity goes to the reception and insisted on another 10 percent for herself. This hotel is poorly managed and blatantly scamming its guests. Avoid this place at all costs.
- SSStephen_hulkJul 26, 20263.0Well this is definitely an old hotel. Rooms are small even for a premium room. Bathroom tub faucet kept leaking, slash running all night. This place for where it is located needs a remodel. For the price we paid totally not worth the cost. There are much better options in the st louis area. Over all this is the hotel that use to be and the hotel of what could be.
