    The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are genuinely nice. Breakfast was average — the eggs were especially bad, clearly powdered, with that dry, off taste. Room service was the real issue. We asked five times for our room to be cleaned and were ignored every single time. For a place that looks this good, the service shouldn’t be this poor. Do better 😡

    You could post something like this: ⭐ 1 star I paid $222 for a single night and ended up having one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The service was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff informed me that, because I had booked through Expedia, they couldn't honor my request for a room with a king-size bed. As a result, my husband and I had to sleep together in a small, uncomfortable bed. To make matters worse, the sheets on one of the beds were in such poor condition that it looked like they had already been used by previous guests. For hygiene reasons, we didn't even feel comfortable using it. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, so I spent the entire night sweating and unable to get any rest. It was an extremely uncomfortable and frustrating night. The bathroom was incredibly small. The space is so cramped that when you sit on the toilet, the door hits your knees. It is hard to believe a hotel room could be designed so poorly. The combination of a poorly maintained room, cleanliness issues, lack of comfort, faulty air conditioning, and unhelpful customer service made this a terrible stay. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. A complete waste of money. If you want the review to have more impact on Google Reviews, I can also create a stronger version while maintaining a professional tone.

    The room and lobbys look great. for what you're paying. Location is really tricky to get in. It's like one road to get in and out and it's coming off the highway, which is really rough. And the people working here do not look like they wanna work here and they're giving you big time attitude the whole time, but if you say to yourself, it's okay.

    I stayed here 11 days and 10 nights. And i loved every minute of it. The hotel is beautiful and very quiet on the inside. The waterfall inside is very relaxing and calming for the soul. The front desk people are nice. And the customer service is exceptionally! When i needed more towels and toilet paper. The housekeeping came less than 5 minutes. And the maintenance man came and fixed my toliet when it clogged less than 5 minutes when i called. Highly recommend staying here for the customer service alone. But, The two cons ill say is not having a microwave and they need to upgrade their tvs. You cant stream on it because its outdated. The only way to do streaming channels is if you bring your streaming stick with you. But, even when you do, its hard to plug in because the tv and the plug is so far away from each other. And you can't adjust the television closer to the plug because its mounted into the desk. So, i had to use the lamp from the lampstand to plug the streaming stick into the tv. Way too much inconvenience just to use my streaming stick. Other than that, i recommend this hotel.
