  It was my birthday weekend we got a room got up to it smalls like mold badly door wouldn't open and ice box did nit work so next day had more issue than the 1st so we got move to a suite got woke up to fire alreams going off walk down 8 floors to find out someone burnt up a coffee pot that's what set it off the b place c ơi old be cool but really needs updated for that can of money not worth paying extra for a nice place when it's not .for most part ppl or nice enough to

  I booked my room at 1130 in the evening on a Friday for a Saturday night stay. Showed up at 2pm for a 3pm check in. Room was ready when I arrived. It quite literally took me all of 2 minutes for the front dest to check me in and give me my room card. 7th floor king suite with a interior balcony overlooking the pool and pyramid glass. Very clean, well appointed room with a clean, comfortable bed.. Staff is very friendly and even with a large conference in the hotel, isn't loud or swarming with kids from ball teams. 2 full service restaurants in house and a bar, plus 24 hour hotel shuttle to St Louis Lambert airport. Easy, free parking and bright lighting makes the whole place very inviting. 5 stars.

  We stayed here for 2 nights. With only one exception, the staff were rude and unhelpful, even calling to confirm my reservation resulted in being coerced into signing up for a reward program. The rooms were nice enough but not clean. There was dust and sand on the windowsill. The TV had no signal and the in-room coffee maker didn’t work either. Overall and very disappointing experience.

  I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, but I paid $40 to park my car here and took a shuttle to/from the airport. Coming to the airport was fine, leaving the airport I called before I even went to baggage claim to tell them I had landed and still waited 45 mins outside in the heat (90° day) for the shuttle. Which means it took them over a hour to get to me. Called the desk 2x before someone finally answered then they said “okay we’ve dispatched him.” Don’t park here. Not worth it at all.
