What can I say about this location and this establishment. This place is beautiful and has anything a person and or family could ever need. The price point on this was spot on and very affordable. Not to mention the security was top notch. I reccomend thus resort to anyone planning a trip to Branson. Location is out of the way but very close to town to do things. The marketplace has anything you need and the pizza is good. To top it all the STAFF I must say WOW! I have never been to a resort where the staff was this wonderful! Best thing also is my service dog was welcomed there. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I stayed in a studio at Westgate Branson Woods Resort and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The prices were great, the gated property felt safe and nice, and our room was mostly clean and comfortable. One issue we did notice was that there was part of a meat stick left under the table in our room, so housekeeping could have been a little more thorough. We also had concerns about the pool and hot tub area. There were many unsupervised children, and the posted hot tub rules were not being enforced. The hot tub was overcrowded at times, including children under the posted age limit. It would be nice to see staff checking the area occasionally and reminding parents and guests to follow the rules so everyone can enjoy the amenities safely. Other than those issues, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay in Branson.

My family and I just completed our second stay in cabin #21. It was a week long stay. This review is about this particular stay. The property and amenities are 2nd to none. I would stay again. Maybe not in cabin 21 though. The heater in the cabin. Was almost worthless. The bottom floor was freezing cold, the whole time. The heater literally wouldn't raise the temp in the cabin overnight by a single degree. This particular cabin is at the end of a street. Which is great for parking. But it also has a MAJOR tick problem due to it being next to the woods. And it was bad. If you take animals. Make sure they're up to date on all their preventative meds. Especially flea and tick meds. The lighting in the kitchen is unacceptable. You can barely see to cook or use the coffee maker. We had hoped it was better than the time before. It wasn't. Overall, it is a fine place to spend a vacation. Hopefully, they read these reviews and respond accordingly with proper solutions. We shall see!

The rooms were pretty nice and decent for the price. The location is in more of a private area, but the outdoor seating where I was located at only had benches, it would have been nice to have some patio chairs where we could sit outside and enjoy nature at our hotel. There is a general store there but its a bit pricey, you are paying for convenience though. All together it was a nice experience. I did not like the washer and dryer combo, the lid would not release and it overheated my clothes.

The resort is gorgeous but it was Paula H that made my morning! Having a marketplace that serves Starbucks made this place that much greater! She was very personable and kind from the moment we walked in. On top of that, she had a great assortment of drinks (and really at the perfect price point) for our family! I was able to grab my favorite drink and watch my kids play across the way. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
