This is our 2nd time staying at Branson Woods and will certainly be staying here again in the future. We bring our kids down for the end of summer to Branson to relax, have some fun and shop at the outlet mall. Staying in a 2 bedroom condo makes travel so much easier and more pleasant. The resort has a guarded gate so we feel comfortable of letting our kids, 12 and above, wander around and participate in the various activities. There are plenty of activities for them to participate in. The pools (where an adult is required), mini golf, basketball, volleyball, lots of craft options at the activity center, arcade, bowling and more. With the bigger condo we have a full fridge and stove so we made most of our meals in the condo, thereby saving money on always eating out. The location of Branson Woods is great too. I think our longest drive anywhere was about 12 minutes. We definitely recommend this resort and plan on coming here again in the years to come!

It was very mediocre. We rented a two bedroom grand villa. The furniture is dated but functional. The kitchens are tiny and hardly functional to cook meals for more than two people. I was excited to see a washer dryer combo in each unit but they also were practically useless. We did two loads of laundry. One in each unit. Both mostly consisted of swimsuits a maybe a pair of shorts or a top, both loads had to be put on the dry cycle twice. Which took ALL NIGHT. We checked out the arcade, rock wall and bowling alley. The arcade card they give you comes pre loaded with 3 whole dollars. Enough for 2 games maybe. The fun house is nice for smaller children but Teens and tweens will find it childish. The indoor pool area was so hot a humid while the pool was a cool 80 or so, but trying to hang out in there to escape the 100 weather was unbearable. I bet its nice in the winter if they keep it like that. They did hold a karaoke night at the outdoor pool which was fun seeing all the kids have a blast. They qlso did an outdoor movie by the BBQ area. I would not let my son sit over there to watch it though because several adults were smoking pot while sitting with the kids. 😒 🙄. They offer a shuttle service which is a bonus if you dont have to wait 40 minutes or longer to get back to your room/villa from the pool. We DID not get there time share special so our room was 200 $ a night plus tax and what ever else which is not terrible. Over all for a quick Branson getaway it worked Its one of those that we been there done that wont be back.

We are owners of a 2 bedroom lock-off unit and this was our first time using it. Checking in was easy, but it was a little annoying that they still talked to me for like, 10+ minutes at the concierge desk. Our unit was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and when we needed more trash bags or toilet paper, I was able to send a text message and they brought more fairly quickly. At one point, our neighbor's fire alarm started going off at 1am, so I called security and they were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool area was clean, but it had a crazy amount of chlorine in it. The arcade was fun. One of the bowling lanes did not have two working guard rail things, and then the second time we went, the other lane was closed. We were able to manage, though. All staff was friendly and kind. Getting in and out of the resort during our stay was a breeze and security always had a smile when we returned. Checkout was super convenient. All I had to do was send a text to notify them and then leave the keys in the unit. My only complaint about the resort itself is that when we went to see the waterfall, one of the resort roads (Ridge Road I believe) had a very big and sudden bump and wound up scraping the bottom of my car really bad, and I didn't see any signage or anything for a warning.

Get ready for a sales pitch! I booked on priceline for a cheep $100 1 night stay. They offered me free tickets to sight and sound and dinner at Joe's crab shack. They say free lunch and a free lunch we got. Stale buns with hot dogs and chili. A bag of chips and cold Pepsi. A meager lunch for a pitch that wanted me to invest in a time share for 20k. But through the power of no I got a free show and dinner. Trust me if you are a poor man like me and are willing to let them talk your ear off for 2 hours (they say 90 min after the free lunch) you can get a free weekend out of them. Don't get me wrong they will have about 3 people talk you into something to try to re coup the free stuff they gave you. I was not rude but trust me I said no about 15 times. Oh yea they also have the music cranked when giving you the final pitch. Super annoying. I figured it is so you dont hear about the better deal your neighbor at the next table is getting. The room we stayed in (building 42) had a nice bed and night stand. Bathroom was stuck in the 80s. Old glass door shower and low rider toilet. Nice flat screen TV but tv guide never loaded so knowing what was on was not happening. But who goes on vacation to watch tv..right? But it would be nice to know at the end of a long day i could unwind with a little tv. The mini split in the room had a very hard to see digital control. After about 15 min I figured it out. Oh yea the reason you can get 1 night in a "5 star" gated community for $100. The owner gets $50 if you sit through the entire sales pitch. And the only reason I heard about the sales pitch is when I was at the Landing they offered me the free dinner and a show.

Where do I even begin. I booked to preview this property as a potential time share owner. Rather we were put up at thousand hills, not at the actual location. That was a whole other experience on its own, that I do not recommend. I was completely baffled why they would put you in a different hotel when wanting you to consider to rent a timeshare at their resort, least of all a hotel of such poor quality. We went to the presentation where we were paored with Kaitlyn as our tour host, she friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the tour they brought in an "inventory manager" who started off friendly.... until he wasn't. His i'm not a salesman Sales pitch was over the top and cringey, he was very clearly a master of bullsheit and came off like a shoddy used car salesman. When I declined the offer of ownership, he became very aggressive and hostile. Literally threatened that " i can sit there all weekend, and he would not sign my voucher" as proof that I attended. When I told him he was not going to hold me hostage and that he needed to sign my paper immediately, he stormed away like a child stating i cannot tell him what to do. He refused to sign my paperwork and the original person that gave us the tour, had to take it to someone else to get signed off on. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The thing is, the price offering out the gate was almost $800 a month for 10 years with a hefty down payment. That is pretty steep for something you get to use only one week a year. When he came back with another offer that was roughly two hundred dollars a month, that was much more appealing; however by then, I had lost all confidence in this resort. It was very high pressure and their sales tactic is very cheap. I was in no way wowed at the subpar hotel, chili dogs and car salesman . If youre selling a quality service and want to attract qualified buyers, vet them prior and weed out those just trying to get a cheap vacation. THEN you have the resources to capture actual viable individuals.
