  We stayed here for a night during our visit to Silver Dollar City. We are a family of 4 with two older elementary age children. We were placed on the third floor, there are four total. We could’ve stayed at many hotels in the area but we shelled out a little extra than a cheap hotel to hopefully enjoy our experience. Pros- Pool is nice, a little cold, but it stays open until Midnight, which is nice. The rooms have nice sheets and blankets and feel homey. Seemed pretty clean when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty good as far as hotel food goes, I think the scrambled eggs were powdered. Only pork was offered for meat options, which I don’t eat. The water got nice and hot in the shower & had good pressure. Cons- The hot tub remained full all night & the bubbles spray out in a hilarious way that doesn’t exactly massage you. Definitely gets your head wet. The water was full of so much chlorine, along with lots of hair and skin cells & the water was more warm than hot. The door to the smoking area locks you outside if you don’t prop it open and you have to hop a gate and walk around to the front entrance. The drain plug in our tub was broken so I wasn’t able to take a bath in lieu of the hot tub being full. And for the worst part of our visit- we had spent all day driving and then visiting a theme park and were ready to sleep around 10:30. From about 10 PM until after 1 AM, the people above us sounded like human sized squirrels doing feng shui (moving furniture). They ran around and were talking so loudly we could hear them. I tried calling the front office but was sent to their voicemail three separate times. At 6 AM I was awakened by the same people above us. So it’s fair to say we didn’t sleep much. I told the front desk man in the morning in a very polite way and he offered us a late checkout which did nothing for us as we had day two at the theme park ahead of us. We plan on taking more trips to the area in the future, but sadly we won’t be back at this Best Western location.

  We booked a mini trip here last week and the staff was phenomenal, the pool, hot tub, & sauna were great, and the breakfast was delicious! Our stay here was a pleasant part of our Branson experience. Thank you for taking care of your guests!

  Really good hotel. Breakfast bar was fantastic. Janelle was amazing at the front desk. Pool and hot tub were what was needed after a couple long days out. Close to most everything.
