  It was amazing. Rooms were clean, staff was courteous and it was really easy to get to all of the attractions.

  Went to bed the first night and the sheets were actually torn up (see pics). Dealt with it. Told front desk the next morning, was told he would let the housekeeper manager know. Went out for the day came back and the same sheets were on the bed !!! So that shows that they don’t change the sheets they just remake with the same ones (so we probably just slept on someone else’s sheets that were used the night before we checked in)

  We had a very good experience at this Best Western! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also a nice bonus, and we really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. We actually came here after having a very unpleasant experience at the La Quinta across the street, and the difference in customer service was incredible. From the moment we arrived at the Best Western, we were treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away. This hotel ended up being the perfect solution for our family and our pets, and we had a much better experience than we expected after such a stressful start to our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

  The public areas of the hotel were clean. The rooms were clean but the bathroom could use a deep clean around baseboards. The breakfast was good but the room was very crowded and hard to move around in. The pool area was large and nice. The night noise was very quiet for a hotel, the walls blocked out noises from hallways and rooms next to us. The location was nice, close to the entertainment but easy to get in and out of parking lot. Front desk staff was kind and helpful.
