  First timers staying at this hotel, but it was the most highly rated hotel in Winona on Google Reviews. Customer service and room service were stellar! The hotel lobby was large and welcoming. The room #512 had great views of the bluffs and river (double queen suite). The shower was hot most of the time and the beds super comfy. It was sooo quiet. The other room with kitchenette could use some friendly cozy options for couch and chairs. The balcony had tiny chairs that didn't fit our bodies, but it was still glorious to stand outside. The pool/hot tub weren't busy. The free breakfast was dry, bland, and not hot. Good walking distance to the Farmers Market (steps away), Winona Slice Pizza, downtown, and various coffee shops. All in all, price seems a bit steep, but we had a relaxing and nice stay. Bonus were the free cookies. 💜

  Stayed here at the last minute since our original place fell through. Beautiful location, smelled amazing when you walk inside, kind staff. Great free breakfast. Comfortable beds, very clean. Loved the small touches like how the towels were folded.

  Pretty easily nicest hotel in Winona. Plus best location views of the water etc. Awesome to have a spot like this to stay in downtown Winona!

  Very nice new hotel. Rooms were on the higher side but very clean and quiet with the exception of aome people letting their door slam shut.
