  FANTASTIC new boutique hotel right on the river! Staff is wonderful! Breakfast is fresh with tons of options and great coffee. Rooms are nice size with balcony looking out over the river. Well lit bathroom with nice walk in shower

  Hands down - the BEST breakfast buffet ever. Sweetest service too. I’m certain the rest of the stay will be just as enjoyable.

  We stayed at the hotel Friday with our family, October 2nd. Beautiful location and the service at the desk was very helpful. When we woke up around 9, we left our room to head to breakfast, and heard two housekeepers yelling profanity around the corner down the hall about cleaning the rooms today. We didn’t see their faces as we were quite uncomfortable to look. Besides that, the breakfast staff downstairs was delightful and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, we would definitely stay again.

  Too expensive for what you get. I couldn't get anything hot to drink at at bar. I was told there would be coffee in the morning. We were also given the wrong bill at the bar, so they had to make a phone call. Favorite words from the bartender were 'I am sorry, we can't do that' or 'sorry, we don't have that'. VERY disappointing!

  They had booked our river view w balcony room for 2027 instead of 2026. Honest mistake. But they had no rooms. Uh oh. And zero rooms anywhere in town. They hussled and got us a top floor room w river view. Excellent. But when we unlocked the door, there was already someone in it. Ok… so they put us in a nice room on 2nd floor but we’d have to move the next day to a “city view” studio. Which could be a low floor over the garbage dump. Ok. Meh. Well the next room was absolutely great too floor and though a city view officially, it’s got a decent view of the river. And they discounted it all for the hassle. Things can go wrong in hospitality and it’s all about the correction. They corrected it in spades. More than made up for the issues. Great team and property
