  What a delightful surprise, I love this hotel and hope to return often, splurge and get a room with a view of the Mississippi. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the location perfect and the staff helpful, friendly and professional- shout out to Evan at the front desk who went above and beyond several times for me! I look forward to my next trip soon

  Clean, modern, spacious rooms. LOVED the sauna, hot tub and pool. Also enjoyed being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Also, service and staff was amazing. At breakfast a young woman who had prepared the food greeted us cheerfully and shared details about the buffet. Also when we got home we realized we left an item in the room. The staff checked for us immediately and was able to retrieve the item. This will be my new go-to spot when visiting Winona.

  I took a day trip to Winona and was blown away by this hotel. The staff were all amazing, I needed a late check out and to leave my luggage there and they were so helpful. The view looked better than it did online, the location is perfect too,
