- DCDerrick Coleman-TurnerAug 16, 20265.0I’ve stayed in several Thief River hotels for work in the past few months. I decided to book at GrandStay for a change of pace, as it would be a longer stay than usual. I was thoroughly impressed how well rounded this hotel was. I had some issues come up during the stay, but each was accounted for promptly with no issues. The breakfast options rotated daily and they even make breakfast sandwiches in the morning. The pool is open early (for pre-work swims) and the suites are large enough to make you feel comfortable for short stays or much longer extended stays. It can be a tougher stay if you don’t have a car, as it’s not close to easy convenience options, like Walmart or a gas station, but you can still walk to the best pizza in town, bowling, pool tables, cold beer, and Dairy Queen, so all is not lost :)

Second the room was clean and during my entire trip I never lacked anything there. Most of all the manager and the staff were so nice and helpful. Definitely gonna be back soon again!
- EEEricJun 9, 20264.0Decent hotel in TRF. Stayed two separate times and it's been pretty good. Only bummer was on the second visit the hot tub was out of commission. Not a bad choice to stay at in the area.
