  Over priced Smallest pool ever and the hot tub was disgusting dirty wouldn’t even step foot in it absolutely disgusting

  Rude staff, rooms were missing d8shes and utensils. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

  I checked into the hotel and went up to my room and instantly when I walked in I could smell mold or mildew. I requested a different room, and they said they had one more room for me to try. I went into that room and had the same odor. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They did give me a refund, but I was very disappointed I stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and it was clean and up to date. This time it was dirty and smelt terrible. When I went to leave there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway and the elevator. I am thankful they were willing to give the refund but sad the hotel was in that bad of shape.

  They charge for rooms but the staff could do better job prepping room.. like making sure there is a tv remote in the room!!! And not deliver excuses when I called front desk!!!!

  We were initially given keys to a room that was under repair — wires and panels all over and the furnace blasting at 99 degrees. We had to go to the desk to get another room. While the staff was nice, most of the hotel was a matter of “almost working”. The air conditioning in the room rumbled so loudly and actually vibrated through the bed and pillows so loudly we couldn’t sleep, so we sleep with it off. The shower didn’t fully flip from tub to shower, so water pressure was poor. The shampoo container was empty and the bath towels had holes in them. I would not stay here again unless no other options were available.
