  I.had the opportunity to stay at Grandstay Hotel in Downtown St Cloud Mn while my apartment wss being remodeled. Everything about Grandstay from the Hotel Staff, to the Suites were very exceptional. I.lobed staying here and hopefully in the future ill be back. Thank you to all thre staff including housekeeping for a great job well done.

  I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. After speaking to the rude owner or manager of all the issues that we had there i can see why he is short staffed. He does not treat his staff with the respect they deserve. There was dog hair everywhere in the beds, no handsoap or bodywash, our toilet wouldnt flush (you had to stick your hand in the tank to flush it), blood drops on the sheets, half roll of toilet paper, there was so much chlorine that it ate my daughters brand new swimsuit that she wore for the first time and now has to be thrown away, one of the lights in the pool came undone (it was being held by 1 screw) and was floating with the wires still connected. When I spoke to the manager or owner he told me I could have left the night before and what I wanted him to do about it when I didnt like the 20% off for my problems. I had to ask for soap 3 times. When the guy came down to change the soaps he only brought the body wash so I had to ask him again for the handsoap and when he returned again he told me it was above his pay grade to know how to change the handsoap so he left the full one. There was a housekeeper there that clearly takes pride in her work and is the one who makes sure that people feel taken care of. She worked her butt off.
