- GJgwen jonesJul 4, 20193.0Room service and food is appalling. It took two hours and 20 minutes to get it delivered. This is after I called 1 hour since ordering, to clack the status. I ordered Lobster bisque which had a film on top from cooling. The lobster wasblitterally like chewing on a riverbank. My steak was ice cold and the beachside sauce was coagulated. My bottle of coke was opened and slightly empty. I asked for a soda that hadn't been opened and got two in return. I didn't dare ask for my food to be warmed. The staff I was dealing with would have either spat in my food or I would have arrived at my destination when it arrived. They automatically include $4 delivery charge and 18% gratuity. Would have loved to stay here again but for the price, I can find one with better customer care and service. If you dare stay, I reccomend eating out.
