- KMKristopher MoenMay 12, 20244.0Excellent location and very, very friendly staff. Everything as far as service was above top notch. The room, however, was subpar. The shower is a zero entry shower, thus there is no curb -the bathroom floor seamlessly transitions into the shower floor - which leads you on a slippery adventure as the shower floor is smooth glazed tiles which are sloping quite aggressively towards the drain; I almost wiped out entering the shower as very able bodied individual. Furthermore, there was no door to the shower, just a tiny glass partition. Thus, when showering, water splashed well into the bathroom and all over the floor. Also there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the steam overtakes the room very quickly and lingers. When we stayed in early May, the room was warm and the AC would not turn on. Upon calling the front desk to report the nonfunctional AC, I was informed that the central AC was not turned on yet, and that we should open the window (which was a tiny little sliver of a window at the base of the main window). We slept hot in a steamy room.
- AAAmberJun 10, 20222.0I stayed here a month ago and still have yet to receive my $50 deposit back. I've called several times only to be told it's on MY bank to release the funds back to me which is completely untrue. I checked into this awhile back and actually it's just up to the hotels bank. Once it hits my account it should be right back in. So long story short, I won't ever stay here again.
