  This hotel is the only hotel we stay at in Saint Cloud. Great location, best family hotel with several pools and hot tubs as well as basketball court, arcade, gym, restaurants..All you need right in the hotel. Walmart is right across the street for anything you may need. This a great central location to explore all the shopping options and dining you could ask for. Also during the week if your a veteran they accommodate you very well with room prices. Maintenence Is quick and attentive if you have any issues. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Only negative I would say would be the restaurant inside the hotel has astronomical prices and we choose not to eat there because of this but I'm sure that along with everything else in this hotel the food would be exceptional.

  We stayed at the Holiday Inn in St. Cloud on Thursday, August 20, after attending a concert nearby. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was specifically because it had a pool and hot tub. My partner has several significant injuries from a motorcycle accident, and using a hot tub helps with his pain, so this is an amenity we intentionally look for when booking hotels. At around 10:30 p.m., while we were in the pool area, a security guard approached us and rudely told us the pool was closed. We explained that we believed it was open until 11:00 p.m. because that was the information listed online. Rather than simply explaining the discrepancy, he rolled his eyes and was dismissive toward us. We then called the front desk and were told that the pool is open until 11:00 p.m. on “weekdays.” This made absolutely no sense, since August 20 was a Thursday. The issue was not simply that the pool closed earlier than expected. It was that the hotel’s own information appeared to say one thing, the front desk gave us another explanation that still did not make sense, and the security guard handled the situation in an unnecessarily rude and disrespectful manner. We had specifically been looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after the concert, and had we known it would not actually be available during the advertised hours, that could have affected our decision to stay there. I contacted Holiday Inn customer service the following day. I was offered points, and when I asked whether a complimentary night might be considered, I was told a request would be submitted and that someone would contact me. No one ever did. The lack of follow-up was especially disappointing. A simple acknowledgement, apology, and reasonable effort to address the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, the experience left us feeling that our concerns were dismissed both during our stay and afterward.

  Small rooms but clean.. no free breakfast.. loved the multiple pools and hot tubs ,one of the pools has a massive TV on wall. Worth the price

  Great clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Awesome pool, kids pool & hot tub. Great breakfast. 24 hr coffee. I'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

  The good is the room was clean and the facility was impressive with 2 pools, sport courts and a nice fitness area although we were there for less than 15 hours and did not use them. The bad is that our credit card was compromised within hours of providing it to check into the hotel. The next charge was from a hotel in Niagara Falls which was the start of the fraudulent charges. The hotel manager ended up working with us to refund our 2nd night after we were initially told that we couldn't cancel that morning by the front desk. I appreciated the managers willingness to help in the situation and wish I would have asked for his assistance while at the hotel.
