Dirty rooms, broken hot tube, manager who didn’t care enough to address the problem himself when given an opportunity to, friendly staff though. Hopefully they improve because it’s in a very convenient location to many places.

Very positive experience at Best Western St. Paul North/Shoreview. Clean, comfortable, quiet room, continuous running fan option so there is no "on- off" sounds of heat or AC to disturb by sleep, easy on-off close to 694, unusually good hot breakfast with many choices and freshly cut fresh fruit. Very nice staff. Price was less than comparable hotels in the area. I definitely recommend it and will come again.

Room and especially the mattress/sheets had a strong odor, but I checked in past 1am and was exhausted so laid down and tried to catch a little sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet slipped off (no mattress protector under sheet) showing the mattress had many questionable brown/yellow stains on it and looked far overdue for a replacement. I checked out a little before 4am after being there only a couple hours and decided to go somewhere else to finish sleeping. This place would get one star if it wasn’t for the incredibly nice front desk staff on night shift, they were very welcoming. But just know cleanliness of the rooms are a 1 out of 10. ☹️

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows, which is important to me easy access to local stores and freeway. Front desk help is very good. The breakfast staff was very good, especially Sophia who went above and out of her way to accommodate my picky Daughter with some bacon. it was a little getting used to having to call for things for the rain because they don’t do daily made service but didn’t like that. The garbage was being put in the hallway and left there and somebody kept putting a diaper by the elevator doors and we had to keep telling the staff not that that’s their fault but it would’ve been nice. There was a convenient garbage outside them to put that in.
