I have experienced been charged extra for correcting their service without informed in advance. The extra charge also did not appear on the folio of my stay. If I had not checked my Credit Card bill, I might have been charged extra. my suggestion to who may want to stay there, is 1. no fast check out, 2. asking if there is any extra charge, during check out, addition to just looking at the folio. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Roseville-St. Paul, and it’s been so comfortable that I'm even planning to extend my trip for a couple more nights. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, featuring cozy beds and great amenities that make it feel like a true home away from home. My room also offers a peaceful, scenic view of the surrounding area to wake up to. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast each morning is delicious, offering a great variety of hot and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, the convenient location, high level of comfort, and welcoming atmosphere make this an easy five-star choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Roseville area! 😍❤️😍😘💕😘

The housekeepers take really good care of everything. Maintenance is right on top of any little thing that needs attention as well. The beds! The mattresses, linens, and pillows are so nice that I found out the exact same models and bought a set for my wife and I at home. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will be clean, safe, and comfortable.
