  Five star help at the desk from Jill thank you!! All the other front desk staff and house cleaners like Nicki are great too. They seem to really care about providing a great experience.

  This place must be new or newly renovated, very clean from the lobby to the rooms, rooms are basic hotel rooms, just clean throughout. Very small fridge in the room, no microwave or coffee maker in the room. Only option is to go to the lobby for both. This room I'm in does not have a tub but a walk in shower. First place I've seen in a while that has the Holy Bible. Not really sure on the price per night cuz work paid for it, but I'd stay here with my family.

  Where do I start? Hotels absolutely should not allow pets! There was dog or cat hair on the bed. The rooms are tiny! No microwave. There is a sign that tells you if you want to reuse your towels hang them up and housekeeping will not replace them. They didn't, but they folded the wet towels and put them in the storage location of clean towels so the towels did not dry! That was the first three days. The fourth day they took our towels and bath mat and did not give us new ones! Wen to the lobby to get towels and the desk person could not find any and told me he would bring some up when he found some, he had no idea when that would be and we needed showers so we could make our dinner reservation. I finally told him to get busy looking, about ten minutes later he founds some. Housekeeping dumped one garbage today and did not replace the bag but left the other can plumb full! Who does that? Last night a customer evidently threw a full cup of soda in the garbage can by the elevators and the bag in the garbage was leaking and sticky soda was running out onto the floor. Does anyone attempt to clean it up? Nope! they stuck a wet floor sign in the area and people had to walk through the sticky to get into the elevators. This morning the sign was still there and the floor in and outside the elevator was so sticky if you stopped you stuck to the floor! UNACCEPTABLE! We won't even discuss what they call scrambled eggs at this place! I did have one good interaction with Saturday nights desk clerk she was very pleasant and allowed me to fill a bucket with water so I could clean my classic vehicle after the rain storm we had. Probably won't stay at this hotel again.

  Trash at the elevators that have been there since yesterday trash outside the front door overflowing some trash just around the perimeter of the hotel I don't know whose job it is but somebody's not doing it disappointing. Breakfast was fair at best the eggs and the bacon I don't know could have been a lot better. Try to toast a bagel that didn't seem to work either the toaster. Oh well. Could have saved $20 if I booked it on one of the hotel sites. And the casting thing from for the TV wouldn't cast from my phone either
