  House keeping Manager & The head manager went into my room before check out time they disregarded the do not disturb sign on the door they, claimed they was cleaning room but when I returned to my room my things was missing ( bank cards, personal belongings, jewelry, food & other miscellaneous thing … when I went door to the front desk I told the Manager (Alex) my things was missing and told me that him self & the housekeeper cleaned my room together but they didn’t see anything and it’s nothing they can do about my missing things .. I will never stay at any IHG hotels again

  This place sucks no one manages the front desk. I literally have to go in the back where they are playing on there phones to get someone to help. Then the rooms are being refused to be serviced and stocked. Super super lazy front desk staff. I requested help and they refused had to contact IHG to get management involved.

  I booked with my children for two nights and called ahead to add our medical condition and request accommodation. To be sure we werent put in a room that previously had pets and to be sure the AC unit were serviced and cleaned recently. She confirm that all AC units were recently taken apart and thoroughly cleaned. But when we got there there was mold spots and dust all on the outside of the AC vents/cover. I asked if there were a room we could move to due to our respiratory condition and she offered a down size a bed which would have been fine but wouldn't let us check out the room before committing to it to be sure we wouldn't have the same issue. She said we couldn't and that I wouldn't be able to checkout with a refund since I already paid. Her whole approach was insensitive and careless. I booked for two nights and didn't have any other option with my children. I specifically picked this hotel because there was no carpet and it was rated good for people with similar medical conditions. I emailed Alec B. The manager and explained the issue but did not receive any response or anything to correct the experience we had. I was sick most of the time there, then my son woke up the second night sick. When we checked out we felt a bit better. This is not a good hotel for people with allergies or respiratory issues/asthma. I paid a lot for the room with a not so good hotel experience. There is decent breakfast and it was kind of quiet with comfy bed. But no microwaves/coffee maker in the rooms just a very small mini fridge. This was an inconvenience to have to go downstairs in the lobby to warm up food or get hot water for tea or coffee.

  Dealt with 3 members of staff during our stay and each was the kindest and most helpful. You don't see that very often anymore! Will stay here again.
