- CMCarol Magestro1 day ago3.0Not proper management. Had to ask to have maid come to room at dinner time,(they still had not been there)! Had to go to a maid station to get more toilet tissue after asking the front desk. Ended up calling corporate. Had a bad accident on there treadmill and management did not check on how I was doing once!!! Need much better guest service !!!!
- TSTom Spitzer2 days ago4.0Generally new facility. Nice athletic club, pool and spa. Galley kitchen set up well. Room set up a bit awkward. Work table squeezed in corner, with a couple miscellaneous pieces sort of in the way. TV was in middle of room and was difficult to get well positioned for either the bed or the couch. Nice shower. Not enough hooks in bathroom for towels and other wet stuff. Basic IHG industrial breakfast, not a lot of fruit.

They have made a home away from home in times that are uncomfortable for many that are visiting for the medical center. Sharon is very friendly and accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you!

The food was great and is only second place to Mike and Maria for their smiles, jokes and good ole Minnesota friendliness. Staybridge was very accommodating for anything we asked for and rooms are quiet and clean.
- 1S18 Focus ST3Jun 16, 20262.0Sharon is very pleased to see us in the mornings. Unfortunately I’m finally fed up with this property. The older lady with glasses is always very rude. We have stayed multiple times and nothing has changed with her. Mandy is very pleasant to deal with. She actually knows how to treat people with respect. Unfortunately they have and will kick you out of your room no matter what the issue is. I had been there for over a week and was rude DEMANDED I leave my room to go to a new one. One very big downfall is it’s a 50/50 shot if your room is clean or not. I’ve found hair in the shower and dried on pee on the stool. When it’s your last resort I would stay again but not my first choice by any means. Again I would avoid the short lady with glasses and gray hair. Real Karen attitude.
