  Across the street from St. Mary's Mayo Clinic. The room was spacious and a great price for all of the amenities. It had a kitchen with a 2 burner cooktop, microwave wave, coffee maker, regular refrigerator and dishwasher; let alone all of the accouterments to cook and make a meal. They also has a complimentary washer and dryer. An inside pool and great patio where you can BBQ. There is complimentary breakfast which is good and a bar and restaurant. I will definelty stay there again. I have a service e dog and they gave jom a bandana for his stay. 😄

  Wife and and I visited three weeks ago for a Mayo clinic Testing was diagnosed with a carcinoid tumor in her lung. The motel was amazing.Everybody was very helpful, and we are now back three weeks later, had surgery.Lower part of right long removed. The staff and everybody was amazing.They have socials three days a week, with dinner, and breakfast was accompanied and helpful throughout the whole period of our journey. Centrally, located and shuttle services to gonda and saint mary's hospitals. I highly recommend you cannot go wrong Staying at the staybridge.

  I have never had such a disappointing experience in this hotel ever. The staff named Maddie was horrible personality and service it’s disgusting. She was on her ear bud talking to someone on her phone when I arrived and tried to check in. She did not want to help me she redirected me to another person. She walked away from another guest to go to the bar for a drink and on several occasions while down for dinner in your restaurant. Maddie and Afinity both had come out of the women’s bathroom vaping or were sitting on your front stairs puffing away. This is disgusting. And she kept putting me on hold and then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t help me she had other guests more important. Her and the other girls spent allot of time talking and ignoring guests. I will not be coming back and I will be tell family and friends to avoid here.

  My family and I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Rochester, and our experience was wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay memorable was Ms. Sharon, who takes care of the continental breakfast each morning. Ms. Sharon treated us like family from the moment we met her. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and her kindness was genuine. She even took the time to sit and visit with my dad each morning, which meant more to our family than words can express. Those conversations brightened his day and made us feel right at home during our stay. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about the people they serve. Ms. Sharon is a true asset to Staybridge Suites, and we are so grateful for her warmth, compassion, and hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

  Alright Y’All, with a few great places to stay in the area, why not let whatever your journey to Rochester is be EGG-SEPTIONALLY AHHHHH….MAZING? If you haven’t stayed and the beautifully paired IHG Staybridge-Even doubly amazing combination of hotels, now is the time. Honestly I swear if you even take one night off your already booked stay and give it a try you will fall in love with the breath of fresh air walking into this establishment, the people and the serenity you instantly feel the moment you walk in. By the way it’s the CLEANEST ranked IHG overall in the entire company wide organization. Staff Amazing check Food Amazing check Well it starts in your breakfast area where Miss Sharon not only take extra care of the kitchen and food to ensure you get the right start to your day, but she gets to know you Like really cares know you….. We started coming during the beginning of our daughters cancer diagnosis the first time, and to watch my daughter get excited to interact with Sharon and other people here was so heartfelt Oh and there’s this new thing being whipped out this morning we had last visit and it’s A Maple Yes Maple Sausage link in the breakfast buffet…… I can’t taste or smell for five years (seriously, can’t make that up either), and yknow I get a flavor burst which is the max I can describe it as and it’s ahhhhhmazing So IHG, not to you CEOs, CSRs, ExecAssts etc and the GM and Regional Manager here….. let the glory of her suggestions reign You have a gem Literally can’t replicate or replace but she spans to every corner of this organization If you had an open vote for a brand ambassador for your entire ENTIRE operation, AND if Miss Sharon enjoyed to travel or didn’t mind traveling, I would give her the opportunity to go and review other locations and interact with your staff and customers You have a one of a kind here, and it spreads to the staff surrounding her. Thank you for your great teams! This spreads to the entire team of workers Her also amazing counterpart you will find present during happy hour every mon -wed evening as your social hour mixer, taking the stress off after a long day…. I wonder what would happen if they started a lunchtime express half time break in our day? It honestly would be the only thing better to what already exists here. But hey maybe I should say it suck’s here so then I can always have a room ready for me 😉
