- JKjordyn kaeterMay 9, 20261.0We have been staying here for the past 3 years. We have always had good service, but Tonight our service was disheartening. The guy working at the front desk was rude from the moment we checked in, making it CLEAR we couldn’t park our truck and trailer yet never had any intention of parking in the lot as it was very full. Then we got to our room and realized our sheets were dirty, so, as anyone would, we went down and asked for a new pair. We hardly got them on, and these were disgustingly dirty again. He then assumed that our nephew was recording him.
- RSRandom StuffMay 5, 20264.0If you’re going to shuttle to Mayo, check their schedule not very friendly. Had to Uber as their shuttle schedule was not very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are nice but when I woke up hot to turn the air on, it, went off with a loud noise shower drain was very slow so standing in water wallpaper in bathroom peeling front desk people wonderful

- BPB PApr 16, 20261.0We called and were told the medical rate for patients would be $90. It wasn't- we were charged 105. As an IHG member, we are supposed yo have access to late checkouts when available. Even though the hotel wasn't sold out, we were not given the late checkout we had been told would be available as long as the hotel had rooms available. I ended up being taken by ambulance to the hospital after a code.....the hotel refused to allow an extra hour to get our luggage out of the room. Clean rooms but not empathetic or helpful in crisis. If you're going to Mayo- better off getting a room near the hospital so you can walk or take a shuttle/wheelchair since parking is a nightmare after a parking garage was torn down. This hotel is only $5-7 cheaper than the hotels right near the hospital
