  I’m a member of their rewards points because I travel for work. I stay at Holiday Inn’s 2-3 times per week. This stay at this particular location was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with them. I call and verify things before I book my stays. I travel with my service dog, and a trailer for work. When I call to make sure there will be no issues with my service dog, I’m told that there will be no issues whatsoever. When I asked about my trailer, they told me the same. When I checked in, I double checked with the hostes about my service animal and my trailer. She even went outside with me to see if the location I parked my trailer was ok. She said it was. She said that the owners were going to have signs up that say no trailers welcomed. I kindly replied with “if I had seen or known about the trailer policy, I would respect that and seen about other options”. She tells me that I’m ok, and that if anything were to come up, she can vouch for me. I said thank you and went to my room. The room’s carpet and bathroom floors were dirty. Bed sheets had stains on them. When I asked for new sheets, I got an attitude. Then, about an hour into my stay, I get a call from the front desk saying I have to move my trailer. I asked why, and I was told because more guest need parking. When I walk out, more than half the parking lot is empty. I moved my vehicle down the street because it was too late to book somewhere else. The next morning I wake up to see not one, but two trailers parked in the exact location mind was. I felt judged, and singled out. Border line prejudice. Horrible experience. I would not recommend staying at this location. Dirty, un-polite staff. I have pictures of the parking lot when I arrived, and in the morning. I forward them to their corporate in a complaint email.

  If you like coffee- go somewhere else! Nice hotel except IHG is taking coffee makers out of rooms. If you are a business traveler like me who stays in hotels weekly you will not have the comforts of home if you like coffee 1st thing in the morning. Time to switch back to Hilton brand or Marriott 😞 I’ll miss the bright cheery rooms - but do not want to get dressed just to go get coffee in the lobby. Travel is hard enough without these little extras.

  Stayed here a few years ago and was nice and clean. Today, I checked into my room to find dirty carpet, coffee had previously been spilled/splashed all over on the wall previously and not cleaned, the room has a very musty smell, dont believe the ac is working properly, dead bugs on the bathroom floor and worst of all, live bugs on the beds. I will not sleep comfortably here over my stay and disappointed i still have 2 more nights in this room. Lesson learned, get the insurance so could potentially get a refund.

  Very great service, clean, nice place. Breakfast was good. Stayed while my dad was in Mayo Clinic, they do have discount for that. Only issue was at night one of the night managers was in the back behind the desk, and we could hear her on the phone yelling and cussing at someone.

  Work experience I have ever had with holiday inn I booked the room 5 hours before and when I arrive in the midnight around 1 am they are saying they don’t have any rooms left and they don’t even care to send a mail or text saying the rooms are not available as soon as they see the booking confirmation it was ridiculous response and I had to go on searching for different hotels in the mid night
