I ordered specifically a quiet room, but I was offered one right by the traffic with tremendous noise at night. I called the reception, but she said she could do nothing. She asked me to contact Hotels where it was booked, and when Hotels staff tried to contact them, this hotel is “unreachable” (according to Hotels).
Fortunately, I only booked one night, as I knew sometimes people can encounter such unpleasant situations. The staff doesn’t seem to be helpful, and this property is severely overrated.
I stayed here for 7 days after having a procedure at St.Marys hospital. I needed a room with a recliner and they have them, my room was extremely clean and very quiet. The staff was awesome, the food was very good at their restaurant, cleaning crew was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend staying here especially if you need rest after surgery.

The stay has been decent. The parking situation is not great overall. For an extended stay, $20 a night to park is very expensive, but they do have a shuttle for off site parking. Inconvenient, but welcomed. Other than that, the rooms are fine; but shout out Sharon for a wonderful job keeping us fed at breakfast.

Sharon, the breakfast attendant, is one of the best parts of staying at Staybridge Suites! She is always on the go, making sure everything is full, fresh, clean, and neatly organized. No matter how busy breakfast gets, she seems to stay one step ahead of everything.
What really makes Sharon special, though, is how friendly and welcoming she is. Every morning starts with a warm “Good morning!” and she always takes the time to ask if I need anything. She genuinely makes you feel taken care of rather than just being another hotel guest.
Everything in the breakfast area is consistently clean, neat, and well stocked, and you can tell how much pride she takes in her work. Sharon has become a welcome part of my mornings and someone I actually look forward to seeing each day.
Staybridge Suites is very lucky to have her. Sharon is absolutely a five-star employee!
We had an excellent stay at the Even Hotel in Rochester and would definitely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
We stayed in a king room, and it was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was one of the nicest we’ve experienced in a hotel. The shower was modern, spotless, and had outstanding water pressure with both a rainfall showerhead and a standard showerhead.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering all the continental favorites—eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and more. Everything was fresh and well stocked.
We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which were clean and well maintained. The hot tub was actually hot, which isn’t always the case!
We opted for the underground parking for an additional $20, and it was well worth it for the convenience and protection from the weather. The elevators were quick, making it easy to get around the hotel.
The location was another plus. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, including Red Cow, which was just a couple of blocks away and absolutely delicious.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay with comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and a convenient location. Highly recommend!
