- GJGregory A Reid Jr.Aug 1, 20265.0I had a very pleasant stay at Candlewood Suites in Rochester. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue with my room at check-in, but they addressed it immediately and made sure everything was taken care of quickly, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. Its location was also a huge plus—close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences, making it easy to get anything I needed during my stay. Overall, the customer service, convenient location, and excellent value made for a very positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rochester.

- JWJulie WillisJul 11, 20263.0The rooms are pleasant, and nicely decorated. However, they aren't really set up for more people than the number of beds. We stayed with 5 people. 3 adults, 2 teens. The room.claimed it could handle 5. We pulled in at abt 1:30 am, exhausted and wanting to go to bed. The Queen suite had 2 queens. That was it. However, there was a recliner. Very similar the the recliners I slept in at the hospital, the week before when my son was a patient. I wouldn't call that a hotel worthy sleeping choice. There were no blankets that weren't on the 2 beds. However, we did have the staff give us an extra blanket when asked for. Thus the 5 stars for service. The kitchenette has enough service for 2. So if you have more than 2 people staying, you may have to wash dishes between uses. The bathroom had 3 towels. So if there are more than 3 people showering, you will either have to ask the staff for another towel, or have 2 people use the same one.
