Hotel staff was laying on couches watching T.V. when we arrived at 6pm and was not excited to get off his phone to come check us in. He was not rude, he could not wait to get back to his couch to lay down. Our room was spacious and nice. Closer inspection, blood spots on the pillow, hairs on the towels, hair in the shower, no shampoo, and the door would pop open without the key. Stayed at another location of Holiday inn express in Eau Claire the following night and the staff was very nice but again, no conditioner, lights kept flickering on and off. I mentioned to staff and was told it's motion activated. Since it was entrance and bathroom lights and we were all laying it bed... I don't know what was setting it off... :( This used to be my go to hotel for traveling and I was disappointed. I will be looking at other hotel options in the future.
