    Outlets by bed did not work. Remote only worked sometimes. Continental breakfast wasn't offered early enough on a Sunday morning. Kids not allowed to walk the hallways without a chaperone.

    Bed bugs. I stayed there for 3 nights from 8/3-8/6 in room 329. Every day I got progressively itchier with more "welts" on my body. I have never experienced this before so I didn't know why it was happening. It wasn't until I got home when my wife saw me and immediately recognized it as bed bugs. Additionally, there never seems to be anyone at the front desk. I had to wait a while for someone to check me in, another time when I accidentally locked my key in the room, and when I went to check out there was nobody and I ended up having to just leave because I had to go. I also had to call 3 times to get my itemized receipt, and on the 3rd time I refused to hang up until I saw the email. Skip this hotel, go somewhere else.

    Great newer hotel. I always look for newer updated hotel for reasonable price. This one includes a good free breakfast. Throughly enjoyed it.

    Updated IHG hotel. Similar to most of the Express I've stayed at. Staff is wonderful here. Had a clean room.

    Our experience with the breakfast service at the Holiday Inn Plymouth was very disappointing. Andrea, who was working in the kitchen/breakfast area, came across as unfriendly and dismissive throughout our stay. When we asked what time breakfast was served, she gave us an unpleasant look and walked away without answering. On three other occasions when we asked for assistance, we received the same dismissive attitude and little to no help. The coffee machine and pancake machine both needed attention. After waiting for assistance that never came, I ended up opening and closing the pancake machine myself to get it working. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service overshadowed our stay. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I would recommend considering one of the other hotels in the area if friendly, attentive service is important to you.
