    The rooms were small compared to other places I've stayed. I don't remember her name, but one lady at the front desk was really rude and didn't seem to care about helping with my questions. The hotel's location is good though, with lots of nice restaurants and quick food options nearby.

    Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Front desk staff treat “guests” as a total inconvenience. Had to beg for a second key for our room with two adults in it. Both keys were inactivated after first day of two night stay by the front desk, and they blamed us that somehow both keys independently came in contact with our cell phones (despite neither key ever coming within two feet of a cell phone). Rooms are small and unclean, and they have air freshener spraying throughout the hotel, most likely to cover something.

    Great service on the evening shift (Isaiah). Day service disappointing. Our card keys for two rooms stopped working at 10:45. No one at the front desk at check out time. Manager wasn’t very helpful. YMMV.

    I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Plymouth on March 16th and had a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you might need, whether you’re in town for work or just passing through. It made getting around super easy and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the front office manager, Jordan. He was genuinely welcoming and went out of his way to make sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to help and made us feel taken care of. Between the convenient location and the outstanding customer service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
