- CCCody CJun 10, 20261.0Very disappointing stay for the price. The TV felt like it was from the early 2000s, with no apps or streaming options and only basic channels. The shower head was terrible, and the room/shower had visible grime. The building also felt uncomfortably warm, including the halls, which made the whole place feel dated and low-end. For a $200 room, this was not worth it at all. I’ve stayed at multiple places, and this was easily one of the worst. Would not recommend.

Raphael checked us in and put us in a small, old/dumpy, dated, and musty room with a non existent/terrible view. Back to the front desk to ask for a different room. The second room was a little larger but still dated, with a funky smell to it. Light fixtures in poor repair. Thought about checking out and going somewhere else, and looking back, we should have. I am finding this to be more and more the case with IHG hotels. Very inconsistent in quality and amenities from hotel to hotel. My guess is that this hotel was built in the 1990's and hasn't been updated since. I would recommend staying elsewhere. Exceptionally poor value.

Dinner was great—Christina was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was really happy to see some creative zeroing in proof drink options, and there were lots of options for diners of all kinds—vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.
