  I've stayed at lot of hotels in my life and interacted with a lot of guest services and hostess. I've never dealt with such crap and inconvenient at hotel. Would be a hard pass if had to redo in the future. Id strongly just go some where else and save the headache. Like wow I'm not one for writing a review giving a negative review but banging my head into the wall would be more pleasant or easier.

  We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. Staff were amazing! A big shout out to Logan at the front desk. I forgot my water bottle in the lobby when we checked in. A couple hours later, I realized I didn’t have it. I called the front desk, and Logan had found it and kept it for me. He was so friendly and went above and beyond.

  The breakfast was fantastic! The best continental breakfast we’ve had. The pool was well kept and spacious. The staff was so kind and pleasant. We would love to stay hear again!

  We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was located very close to the venue! The service here was great and they have a latte machine that was delish! A great small town hotel and restaurant attached was great too!

  I’ve only once before publicly given a bad hotel review and we travel a lot . The staff at this hotel were so rude , their unwillingness to accommodate the room situation,unwillingness to compensate for a terrible night sleep due to a loud heater , we couldn’t sleep, couldn’t get a late check out to try and get extra sleep. The supervisor made excuses saying she had maintenance check heater and it had a new filter . That has nothing to do with the loud clanging keeping us up all night. She then said some heaters are just loud like that . Not if they work properly. We had just left two previous hotels and stayed in many previous that didn’t have loud furnaces. The phone didn’t work in room , the handicap accessible bathroom had a tub instead of shower with no seat in tub . The tub was dirty , porcelain worn away , room was dirty, couldn’t see out of one window due to hard water build up . Room was dingy and dark . The girl that checked us in didn’t greet us or thank us for being Diamond Elite members. I had to ask for the water normally given to us . And the room was way overpriced for the basic outdated dirty room , missing needed handicap essentials.
