- BBbfrank8324blog5 days ago2.0Hotel Indigo is a lovely property, but I have to knock it significantly for basic issues that could have easily been avoided. My room wasn’t cleaned on the first day. I approached the front desk three times about it: once at 7 PM, again at 9 PM, and finally at 11 PM when I returned from dinner and just wanted to sleep. On top of that, my wake-up call came about 10 minutes late nearly every morning, which led to rushed starts to my day. The gym is also missing equipment on a few of the machines. I hate leaving a negative review, but there was no sense of urgency on the staff’s end and no remediation for any of the mistakes. That earns a 2/5 from me. I won’t be planning to stay again.

A special shout-out to Joseph at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful to a couple of girls who didn't know the city. He took the time to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His exceptional customer service truly made our stay even better. Thank you, Joseph, and the entire Hotel Indigo team for a fantastic experience. We'd definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice, helpful and even let me place an ice cream cake I bought for my boyfriend for his birthday in a freeze overnight! It’s a great walk to target field! I would highly recommend hotel indigo!
- DDDesJul 8, 20265.0I recently stayed at the Indigo Hotel in Rochester, Minnesota, while visiting the Mayo Clinic for several days because of some health concerns. It was a stressful and scary time, but the hotel staff made such a positive difference in my experience. A special thank you to Sandy, who went above and beyond to make my mom and me feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help meant more than she probably realizes. I also want to thank the manager (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name!) for being so helpful and making sure everything went smoothly. And a big shoutout to Larry! He took me wherever I needed to go with a smile, a wonderful personality, and shared so much interesting history about Rochester. You would never guess he hadn't lived there his whole life. He truly made every ride enjoyable. When you're away from home and dealing with difficult medical appointments, little acts of kindness make all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Indigo for making us feel cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rochester, especially those traveling to the Mayo Clinic.

My room was serviced every day with fresh towels and bedding made. When asking for restaurant recommendations, the staff was helpful and offered great suggestions within a short walking distance. I will stay here again when in town!
