  Mixed bag. Great: Remodeled rooms, very clean, affordable, staff, 12 PM checkout- I checked out at 10:30 from the 1st floor and I did not hear or see housekeeping so if you need to sleep in this may be your spot. Not Great: They will charge you for parking, they have a huge parking lot, it’s a Holiday Inn in an office park -c’mon man just raise the price five dollars. Sadly cheaply built. Could hear full conversations in the room next door clearly which was interesting. Can hear every time neighbors turn water on etc. Room doors are too small for the frames so light and sound comes in on the sides and bottom but the bathroom wall blocks your view when in bed. Trains nearby if youre sensitive, they weren’t really that loud though. AC is loud so the noise becomes less of an issue: Would stay again. Still better than any Courtyard Marriott IMO

  This place is a great place to stay. My only complaint was the walk-in shower didn't have a curtain, so water got all over the floor when we used it. It took all the towels in the bathroom to mop it up.

  We stayed on the first floor. Our door rattled all night long. Every time someone else opened their door or the outside door, our door rattled. We could also hear people talking and laughing in the hallway. I barely slept. There was a big gap around 3 sides of our door. I have no idea why it wasn't more sealed. Certainly it would have been more sound proof than it was had it been sealed. At night, when the room was dark, the hallway light shined into the room on the side and bottom of the door.
