- ALA L5 days ago5.0Excellent experience! I stayed here recently with my daughter and had a great time. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable with housekeeping rocking it every day and keeping our room clean and refreshed. You can't beat the location, it's central and easy walking distance to restaurants and events downtown. I also appreciated the convenient parking they offered and that i kept the same space for our week-long stay. We will definitely come back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was by far the best HIEX that I have EVER stayed at. It was super clean, very safe, and almost every member of the staff were AMAZING! I am not a fan of staying in downtown locations anywhere (this was convenient to the location I was working at) but if all hotels were like this, I'd book there first!
