- CMCheryl MorleySep 16, 20263.0Service not so great. Front desk was really rude on arrival at night. The room was good however and breakfast was good. The location is good for a walk to Target Field about 10.blocks away.
- DJDan JudelbamSep 15, 20265.0Great place to stay. Very good service and hospitality. Good location and very friendly and helpful. Thx for the stay
- BBBrianAug 31, 20265.0Top notch experience. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, nice and updated. Bed was comfortable. Room had mini fridge, microwave, iron & board, hairdryer. Curtain let in no light into room. Parking was done well if you get a spot (small lot). Got there by 2pm and there was plenty of spots but looked full at 4pm. Loves that for a half a day fee they let me stay parked at the hotel until early evening even though I had already checked out. Public garage across the street if their lot filled up, so not a big deal. Breakfast was super delicious. Would easily choose stay here again. Also it's about a 3-5 minute walk to the convention center depending on the door you go to.
- ALA LAug 18, 20265.0Excellent experience! I stayed here recently with my daughter and had a great time. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable with housekeeping rocking it every day and keeping our room clean and refreshed. You can't beat the location, it's central and easy walking distance to restaurants and events downtown. I also appreciated the convenient parking they offered and that i kept the same space for our week-long stay. We will definitely come back, thank you for a wonderful stay!
- COChrista OotenJul 29, 20265.0As a former IHG/Holiday Inn Express employee, who also primarily stays at HIEX hotels, I find myself to be a little more picky. This was by far the best HIEX that I have EVER stayed at. It was super clean, very safe, and almost every member of the staff were AMAZING! I am not a fan of staying in downtown locations anywhere (this was convenient to the location I was working at) but if all hotels were like this, I'd book there first!
