To our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful room, and the level of care and attention we received throughout our stay was truly exceptional. Every interaction made us feel valued, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. We’ve stayed at the Ritz-Carlton before, and while we’ve always enjoyed our experiences there, Four Seasons Minneapolis is on a completely different level. The luxury, the personalized service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality are simply unmatched. I’ve also stayed at the Four Seasons in Bogotá, Colombia, which was wonderful, but Four Seasons Minneapolis set a new standard for excellence. Everything—from the accommodations to the service—was flawless. If you’re looking for true luxury and an unforgettable experience, I cannot recommend the Four Seasons Minneapolis enough. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, this is the place to stay. They made our 25th wedding anniversary one we’ll never forget.   I’d revise it so you **preserve the facts of what happened**, but give management meaningful credit for ultimately responding. That makes the review more credible and still communicates why the original experience was frustrating. We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis over the Fourth of July weekend, our second stay at the property. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent and easily walkable to many area restaurants, and the attentiveness of the staff throughout our stay was exceptional. Unfortunately, our experience with the valet service at the end of our stay was very disappointing. When the valet brought our car around, we immediately noticed an obvious new scratch on the side of the vehicle, along with white dust/residue around the affected area. We pointed it out to staff at the time, and they acknowledged our concern and told us they would review the available video footage. A few weeks later, we were informed that the footage did not show anything that explained how the scratch occurred. This was frustrating, particularly because we had entrusted our vehicle to the hotel's valet, noticed and reported the damage immediately upon its return, and subsequently received an estimate of approximately $1,500 to repair it. I do, however, want to update this review to recognize how hotel management ultimately responded. After further communication, management reached out personally, listened to our concerns, and worked with us toward a resolution. While the hotel was unable to reimburse us for the vehicle repair, they offered us a complimentary two-night stay in an Executive Suite, including valet parking. Although I still wish the vehicle damage itself could have been resolved differently, I appreciate that the Four Seasons took our concerns seriously and made a meaningful effort to restore our confidence in the hotel. The willingness of management to continue the conversation and arrive at a thoughtful resolution was much more consistent with the level of service we have come to expect from Four Seasons. We have genuinely enjoyed our stays at this property, and I appreciate the way management ultimately handled our concerns. We look forward to returning.

  Nice property overall. Relatively smaller than other four seasons I have been too. Pool was ok, no service. Gym was nice. Room was well appointed, nice view. Breakfast was nice but very overpriced ala carte especially for the tiny quantity. I’d stay here again.

  The hotel is wonderfully located in downtown Minneapolis but is totally focused on young people and those that present themselves as the in crowd. We have been staying there several times for Twins games. After we came back tonight and had a drink at the bar, the bartender gave us our bill and asked us to leave. I asked why and he just suggested we didn’t fit in. So we left. Wow we so disappointed. I bet most people at the bar weren’t staying there. So I will canceled the upcoming 4 room nights and hope they can fill them with those folks who probably can’t stay there in the first place. Be aware of this if you come and are older. Not a place for 55+. This really stinks.

  What is the level above boujee? That is the level of this hotel. We are seasoned travelers and were in town to catch a few baseball games. The service is top notch, room spacious with a great view, and the staff stands ready and willing to accommodate any request. We took our car out one day and the valets offered us waters for the road! There was a snack cart in the afternoon and gelato cart near the pool. The room was high tech with wall plates that controlled the lights at various levels, high to night light, and the drapes. Robes and slippers provided. The bathroom was spacious, with separate area for the toilet. Water and ice provided daily and at the evening turn down. The roof top pool area was beautiful and the service was fast and friendly. The Riva rooftop bar was a great place to relax in the evening. Breakfast at Mara was perfect. Nathan welcomed us each morning and Anh provided us additional tasty treats to try each morning. We enjoyed the yogurt parfait, croissant, pain au chocolat, cinnamon roll, eggs Benedict, avocado toast and breakfast sandwich (over three days). Grab a post card from your room or the lobby to send to friends and family, through their provided desktop mailbox. They even pick up the postage. We cannot wait to be back to take in a Vikings game, via the Skyway which is attached to the hotel!
