My husband and I stayed here for a little staycation over our wedding weekend, and from start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly special and celebrated. Every single person we interacted with was warm, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely excited for us. There wasn’t a single detail that felt overlooked, and they somehow managed to make an already special weekend feel even more memorable. A huge thank you to Naomi and the Guest Services team, who were absolutely incredible. We were in touch for several weeks leading up to our stay, and they helped coordinate transportation for my bridal party, arrange breakfast and drinks in our room while we were getting ready, and answer what felt like a million little questions along the way. Every email was met with enthusiasm and a willingness to help, and you could tell they truly cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. Having that level of support during such a busy weekend was invaluable. We also want to give a special shoutout to Tanner, who went above and beyond when a delivery arrived later than expected. He made sure it was safely taken care of until one of our family members could pick it up — just another example of the thoughtfulness and exceptional service we experienced throughout our stay. The Four Seasons team has an incredible ability to anticipate what you need before you even have to ask. The service was seamless, personal, and never felt transactional. We felt genuinely taken care of and celebrated every step of the way.

Very friendly and overall amazing! Rooms are beautiful! Especially if you get one on the top floors with a view of the city! (Which I highly recommend!) Thank you to the staff that helped make our trip back to Minneapolis so comfortable!
