  Our room, the water park, and the arcade were great. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel Saturday night and had breakfast the next morning…the food was great, but I really want to give a compliment to our server Karin..she was so warm, kind, and incredibly attentive! My family and I all commented on receiving such great service from someone who is genuinely kind…thank you Karin!!!!!!

  Great hotel but don't stay here for the Waterpark. Waterpark area was disappointing with the main pool water being cold and sand in the kids pool area. The no beverages restriction for the pool area is disappointing as well. Will stay at Great Wolf Lodge again next time!

  There was a mix up with my reservation... I did not realize the waterslides do not run on Sunday evenings. I had 4 tween girls with me for a bday celebration and they were bummed when I told them on the way to the hotel. Two staff members- Sylvalyn and Tina, went above and beyond to make it up to us for the misunderstanding. They went out of their way to decorate the room before we checked in and were incredibly welcoming when we arrived. We felt so special and appreciated! I have never experienced such kindness when staying at a hotel. These employees deserve major kudos (I hope their boss reads this). Ashme and the other front desk attendants were amazing as well. Highly recommend staying here :)

  My family booked several rooms here for a family event in June of 2026. I booked with Priceline and had many issues with changes that I had to make, but the Holiday Inn staff handled everything that Priceline couldn't. I would like to give a special shout-out to Maisy and Tina, who were extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. From now on, I will book directly with this Holiday Inn and not go through any 3rd party booking agent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Housekeeping was efficient and on top of everything. We booked midweek, so the waterpark was not open, but the splash pad area and pool were perfect for all of the children with us. We mostly chose to eat at the hotel during our three-day stay, and the food, price point, and service were excellent. Because of the location, food options are endless, and many in our party took advantage of that. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby for eat in or take out. And, so many shopping options! I highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

  Make sure you check your voice mails and call 100 times to ensure everything is in order. I booked a room through Booking.com for my son’s birthday party and was not told that there were restrictions. She told me we could swim at 2pm. We arrived and was told we could not check in/use the pool until 3pm because we through a third party. The check in girl said “she said she left you a message.” She wouldn’t have left a message if she knew she had told me the right information from the beginning.
