Apparently, the “Suite” Is Just a Bedroom With an Identity Crisis. The website says bedroom suites “may” include a sofa bed. Spoiler alert: They don’t. According to the front desk, NONE of the rooms have sofa beds. Apparently, “may” is doing some Olympic-level heavy lifting in their advertising. So what do you actually get? Two beds crammed into one room, a tiny kitchen with no table or seating, and a TV with exactly ONE chair. Perfect if you’re traveling with three people you can’t stand and plan to take turns enjoying television in solitary confinement. Here’s a revolutionary hospitality concept: People traveling together might actually want to spend time TOGETHER. Four people can sleep here, but apparently only one is allowed to sit down. The other three can stand in the kitchen, lie in bed, or draw straws for custody of the chair. Whoever designed this place clearly missed the big picture. A suite is supposed to offer something beyond a regular hotel room, not just a kitchenette and an inflated sense of self-importance. Save your money. Book a regular two-queen room somewhere else, or stay at TownePlace Suites, where the amenities actually resemble what’s advertised. Remember when Spirit Airlines became infamous for making customers feel tricked by what they thought they were buying versus what they actually got? This hotel seems to have studied that business model and thought, “Brilliant! Let’s do that with furniture.” Spirit went bankrupt. Just saying. One chair. Four guests. Zero common sense. ~thanks chat gpt for spicing up my review! Hey, hotel owners, maybe you should use AI to make better business plans!

I would like to highlight the excellent housekeeping and customer service, particularly from the Housekeeping Supervisor, Ms. Arianna Escalante. I am not giving a 5-star rating because, on a few occasions, I requested housekeeping service through the Front Desk but my request was not fulfilled; however, the rooms—and the hotel's common areas in general—are very comfortable.

Heater did not work. I told the lady at the front desk. She said I will have the maintenance person fix it. But, when I returned to the room, it had not been fixed. I will not be back there.

Nice hotel with friendly people. The lady at the desk always had the best smile as I came and went. I’ll be back for sure.
