The rooms thermostat is an energy saver and if there is no movement it goes back up to 73 no fan so the rooms are hot at night. Its hard to get good sleep when your back and forth with ur covers all night. The manager Adam is very rude and very unprofessional. When I asked there handy man if he could adjust the thermostat settings for a more consistent temperature he called me an idiot and a few other words that were not appropriate to a customer. Then went on with a total lie about the ac units and that they cant be adjusted. I printed him a copy of the instructions and highlighted the info on how to. Not sure if he couldnt understand them or he just doesnt care. The rest of the staff is really good thou. Better options would be the Marriotts or hilton. Even the best western if you want to stay cool while you sleep

Had to sleep on the floor... Needed a number of beds for my family, included one kid recovering from a broken spine. Booked a room described on the website as a one bedroom suite with two queens and a pull-out sofa. The photos of the room on the site also showed two queens and the standard sofa in the living room that all newer Candlewood properties have. Arrived and checked in smoothly. In the room, there was a giant open space in the room where the pull-out sofa should have been...with a chair instead of a sofa. I headed back to the front desk and let them know that that wouldn't be enough beds for us. The young gentleman working at the front desk was named Ankit, and he said that he was so sorry that this has happened again and that the rooms are listed incorrectly on both the candlewood website as well as resellers like Expedia. There would have been a very easy solution for this. There were maybe eight cars in the parking lot that night so it would have been super easy for them to just hand us the key to another room with a bed net for the two nights we were staying and be done with it. Ankitt however was clear that his guidance from the management team at the hotel is to never comp a room and never give a refund. I asked him to call the manager so I could talk to her on the phone. I told her that this would not be enough beds for us given that we were traveling with the traveler with the spine injury and we would somehow need another bed. She offered to rent us an additional room with one bed for $150 per night plus tax and said that was the best she could do with a discount. I quickly looked on my phone and the going rate on all internet portals for rooms was $138 per night with one bed. So she offered to overcharge me for an extra room because of the hotel did not provide the numbers of promised beds. I let her know that we hadn't unpacked or anything in the room and we would prefer to just take a refund for the whole stay and go across town to another hotel where we could get two rooms for the price that we were charged for our suite. She reinforced to me that hotel ownership is clear that they should never give refunds for rooms no matter what the situation is. She also mentioned to me that I should have read the fine print at checkout better when I purchased the room online because it said that the room "may" contain a pull out sofa, even though it's in the pictures and description. I felt like this was a significant bait and switch and hotel management handcuffed Ankit as he tried to provide great customer service. Felt like a bait and switch to me. Ankit was nice enough to bring a few comforters up and build me a bed on the floor to sleep in for two nights. Ha.

We booked a conjoining room back in February for a June night. Got here to check in and was told they don't give rooms until the day before. So this place is ok with MINORs ins room alone because obviously booking 3/4 months in advance gets you nowhere! PATHETIC!

No breakfast. Be sure to bring toilet paper, our room was almost out. When I went to the front desk they could not give me any so the eventually brought a roll to the room. No room service, each morning I had to get clean towels. The shower is a very slooooow trickle. Halls and elevators dirty.
