  Stacy, the breakfast host, was top-notch. He was incredibly attentive and very polite to everyone who walked through the door. He also made sure everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout breakfast. His friendly and professional service really stood out!

  This is kind of a cheap downgrade hotel compared to all the other holiday inns I have stayed at. This one i unfortunately have to say is the worst hotel I've stayed at. The room was probably the worst out of the hotel stay. Me and my children stayed in 200. The bathroom sink is missing the sink stopper and was all rusty looking, the fan in the bathroom also was not working. So anytime someone showered the whole bathroom would get steamed out and mirrors fogged up. We found a few bugs crawling on the walls and ceilings. Our fridge was just plopped in the middle of the floor with the microwave on top. The fridge was wobbly so Everytime we opened the microwave it felt like it was tipping over. I wish I could have tried out the breakfast but unfortunately we had to be at the hospital for my sons procedure before it even started. The noise is ridiculous in this place no sound proof whatsoever. You can hear everything! We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights both nights I had people stomping and running on the floor above me until midnight it was very hard to get any sleep with that going on. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The location was pretty nice it wasn't to far from my sons appointment. The only nice thing I really have to say about this place is when we first arrived me and my kids got chocolate chip cookies and water bottles when we checked in

  Good experience here traveling for work. Checked in and my mini fridge wasn’t working. Came down to the desk to let them know and they had me a new one within 15 minutes. Everyone I’ve talked to that works here have been nice and friendly.

  The location of this hotel is great. It's right next to B-52s burger restaurant and Outback. It's also quiet and a little out of the way. The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff were so wonderful. The pool was a little small and no hot tub. I will say the rooms were a little old. The AC in our room rattled and was so loud. I could hear every step the people in the room above me took as well. Also there was no fan in the bathroom.

  I came to stay living 6 miles away and when myself my dad and my son got here we expected there to be a hot tub. It states that on Google. Once we got here about an hour after the booking we realized there was no hot tub. I went to the front desk and they stated since the booking was third party that they couldn't refund. I am not a person that usually writes reviews but it was a waste of money for us and a very inconsiderate person at the front desk. Customer service unfortuantely was absent. One room seem to be worth a bad review.
