Breakfast is a little to be desired, great if you like toast. The air-conditioner is very noisy.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Lady at front desk was super nice. I showed up late so it was nice to be treated so kindly after driving all day. She even offered to start breakfast early so there'd be food for me when I told here I had to leave again at 5am.

Let’s start off with saying the hotel staff here is fantastic. The cleaners, maintenance people, some of the front desk people. Now let’s talk about the bad. I stayed here on business as the company I work for rented out the ball room and I stayed in the hotel due to traveling from Missouri. The front desk person working in the morning whose name is Pat did not want to do her job and gave me and my co workers attitude about every little thing we needed done. We asked her to open the doors to the room every morning and we were greeted with long sighs and her slamming the placard down that said she would be back to the front desk. I’m assuming this place does not have a quiet time enforced after hours as I was consistently woken up for an entire week at 1,2 or 3 am to people running and loudly yelling down the halls or various dogs barking throughout the hotel. Also I was charged a random $15 at 1:53am one night and when I confronted the manager about it her response was “wow that’s strange” with no explanation or any resolve to returning my $15. I would highly recommend NOT to stay at this hotel unless you absolutely had to. I would urge everyone I know to stay clear of this hotel and will be letting the company I work for to no longer book events at this place ever again. It has been single handedly the worst hotel experience I have ever had when traveling

Went here for a weekend trip to Hastings for a tournament event. First, the service was very good. When I checked in, the front desk agent noticed I'd been given an outdated price and actually lowered the cost of the stay for updated pricing. The room itself was okay. The bed was extremely firm, a bit too much so in my opinion. There weren't quite enough plugs near the beds, and I had to unplug lights to use a plug for a CPAP machine. Bathroom was odd. The sink would barely turn on and had very little pressure and took a very long time for any got water to be produced. The first night I was unable to get the shower to have any hot water at all; on the second night I spent more time fiddling with it, and found the knob had a zone where it was hot in the middle, rather than turning it more towards hot. This zone was pretty small, and going outside it in either direction made it give cold water, not even warm. It also jad very high pressure, as opposed to the sink, which I could see some people disliking. The breakfast was pretty standard, though the waffle batter tasted a bit odd to me. Not like it was spoiled, just unusual. Overall, a fine place to stay, just some things I disliked.

Phenomenal customer Service from Erin and Serena!!! They touched my heart being so helpful and making sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Many options to choose from for breakfast. They also have a heated pool and jacuzzi! Highly recommended!!!
