  Braker went out in our suite, and hot tub was louder then ever. They moved us into a standard and adjusted the rate by like $30. Yay! Not!

  Excellent place to stay. Clean room and great facilities. The staff were so helpful and polite. Thank you to Liz, Pat and Kim who made our stay so special.

  Would not recommend, especially for the price. The room was not clean, with stains on the bedding, mold in the shower, and a strange smell that made the stay uncomfortable. The room didn’t even have outlets near the bed to charge your devices overnight. The continental breakfast was underwhelming as well. Overall, nothing about the stay felt comfortable or worth what we paid. I would strongly recommend looking at other hotel options in the area.

  Booked a room for a night, check in time: 3:00 pm. I show up at 3:09 and they had given my room away. The staff were kind enough to provide another room, when entering that room, someone else was already in it. Ended up having to drive through the middle of the night back home as they had no rooms left. At least I got a refund. Extremely archaic system there, they have not modernized their systems at all, rooms are still managed by folders on the front desk. They have a computer system but do not trust it at all.

  Check in advertised at 3:00pm. Arrived at 3:00pm and room was not ready until 3:35pm. Had to change in the lobby bathroom to make it to wedding on time.
