  We enjoyed our stay here. The kids had a ton of fun at the pool and the breakfast was better than expected!

  Great property!! Everything is updated fresh and new, both interior and outside! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff! Nice people! Accommodations like restaurants, stores, convenience stores, and malls nearby. I would recommend this hotel!

  My wife and I stayed at this property for five days in mid/late-May while visiting from Colorado for a wedding and other activities. We had seen good reviews for this property and it was central to all the family and friends we would be seeing. It was a little less expensive then other Holiday Inn Express properties which were located in more cramped parts of town. My wife and I agree this has to be one of the best stays we have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express! Our stay was perfect. Congrats to the management of this property. The room was very clean (thank you Natalie) upon our arrival. We both slept very well on the king bed we reserved. The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived, his name was "TJ", was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and we saw him a few times over the days we were there. The other front desk staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful as well (but I did not get their names). The included breakfasts had a number of options, were always hot, and tasty every morning. The lighting in the parking areas was generally good. I also wanted to give a particular shout-out to the gentleman who worked the dining area during breakfast the first few days we were there. This guy was busting his butt to keep things stocked, clean, etc. We even saw later in the day on various days where he was working outside and in other spots on the property. I looked for his name tag, but didn't see it. Whoever he was I wish I had asked the front desk what his name was. Outstanding worker! If we had any complaint, it was one minor thing. The sliding door to the shower sometimes squealed like a dying banshee when it got wet after a shower, but again, a very minor thing. This property is slightly complex to reach across a commuter track, but it is right off of I-494 and Rt. 212. I have to think there were occasional commuter trains that came through, but honestly we did not notice or hear any. We like Holiday Inn Express because they have a no pet policy unlike most hotel chains (I have animal dander allergies). This was a really great stay for us for five days. We were a little apprehensive when we booked it, because sometimes you book a property you've never been to and for a longer stay like this and the experience might leave some things wanting. Quite the contrary here--this was a perfect stay for us! We were very happy there and we will stay there again the next time we are in the Minneapolis area. Thank you
