- JPJenn P5 days ago2.0Negatives: Blinds were shredded There was no mechanism to raise them, either. We had to manually turn the rod they were on to get it up which was hard and dangerous. The air conditioner was so incredibly loud it woke us up all night and scared my daughter. Bugs in bathroom. Breakfast kept running out and took them a long time to refill so we gave up. Positives: Good location. Staff not rude; sort of indifferent.

I went to the Front desk and explained and was KINDLY given another room, on the 4th floor, Upon walking into that room the air conditioner was making a Loud pulsating sound while the A/C pump was running. I went to the Front desk and explained and was KINDLY given another room. The 3rd try/room was the Charm.
