- JGJennifer GoemanAug 23, 20261.0Was on the first floor and the consent water flowing from the upper floors showers were going through the walls. No sleep at all since it was so loud! Staff did not care! Showers were not the best no pressure and the AC hardly worked! Went for breakfast which was ok and when we returned back to our room the housekeeper was already cleaning it so we had to stand in the hallway for 20minutes. Won’t be back!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms were as advertised…very well kept and maintained. The hotel was quiet and had a nice breakfast.

- ASAlex SAug 2, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. The reception staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed unwilling to do a simple task. I repeatedly asked for a copy of my hotel receipt, which I need for my company’s reimbursement, but they still failed to provide it. This is a basic service that every hotel should offer. Because of the receptionist’s lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I’m now having unnecessary problems getting reimbursed by my employer. I expected much better service and cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We asked for more towels and the front desk person made no effort to replace the towels, just kind of brushed off the request. There are also no signs directing people to where the elevators are located. Will not stay here again.
