  Stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was dissapointed. The room was not clean. When I first arrived there was urine from someone else in the toilet, along with spills/stains on the bathroom wall and floor and what looks like a dirty bed spread on the one bed. Also they missed me for daily housekeeping service between my first and second night. I was asked how my stay was by a member of the hotel staff between night 1 and night 2 and I told them about the issues and they offered me IHG points and to housekeep my room that evening while I was out for a business dinner. They text me at 6:50PM while I was out, saying housekeeping was working on my room. I returned from my dinner and the room had NOT been housekept. When I return to Duluth for my next business trip, I will not be staying here.

  This was the worst and most frustrating hotel booking experience I have ever had in my life. I had to call the hotel four separate times. During each call, I was placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes. Despite spending all that time on the phone, I was still unable to make a reservation. Every time I called, I was asked for the same information again. I even provided my credit card information, but I never received a confirmation number or any proof that a room had actually been reserved for me. This level of incompetence and lack of communication from the staff is completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this when trying to book a hotel room. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider staying somewhere else.

  We came in late around 2 am with a long drive in. The room was ICE cold! We turned the heat up and it just blew cold air. It was 45 degrees outside, and inside we were freezing! Vent could not be turned off. We tried to get warm, it was too late to change rooms, but we froze! The shower head didnt really work so great either, mostly shot water on the floor. We let the front desk clerk know, she apologized and that was it. I worked for a hotel for 5 years, if there's a problem there should be a reflection of that on the bill. Even 10 percent is what I gave most guests with honest issues, but here, nothing. Wow. Not sure I will be staying again.

  Great customer service especially at the front desk. The room had some problems. The jacuzzi was broken at first, the fan in our bathroom did not work, and we found a surprise in the toilet when checking in which tells me housekeeping did not clean the room prior to us arriving. Luckily the front desk staff was very helpful and the lady who took us to the museum in the shuttle was also very friendly. So I give service five stars and the room itself 3.

  Well, the first issue is I was placed in a room by the elevator bay and thus heard all the clunking all night. Second is it is right downtown so there is a lot of street noise even from the 8th floor all night. Including at 3:55 am with the piercing tones of a delivery truck backing into place. The bed was made quite poorly with a solid 5” of mattress visible until I pulled the corners off the mattress cover down. The floors looked like they’d been cleaned by a dirty mop and a too full vacuum. The electrical outlets over the sink didn’t get power from one plug and went in and out with the other. The hair dryer was so loud it nearly made me deaf and I resorted to plugging one ear with my finger while doing that side. For good: the water was hot, the towels fluffy, and it’s nice you keep lotion in the room. Also, the parking ramp is convenient and free for hotel guests and has both Tesla and charge point chargers
