  This is our third time staying at this location and we’ve enjoyed it every time! The staff from reception, breakfast server and housekeeping are all great and personable! To top it off, we were given roses for Mother’s Day, definitely made this stay memorable! Nothing beats the perks they offer from fresh fruits, fresh coffee to goodie bags! Thank you for the clean rooms!

  We called the hotel and asked for an early check-in, Ivy at the front desk told us that the room was not yet ready but she would communicate to housekeeping and make our room a priority. We came in expecting to wait for the room but it was all ready for us. Ivy was exceptional, she was kind, professional, and very cheerful. She even gave us a goodie bag which my son loved. The room was clean and well taken care of, breakfast was one of the best we had. Rachel was also amazing, one of the most energetic and fun night shift person I’ve encountered. I stay at a lot of hotels but this one is definitely one of my top 3. We will be back!

  Great place! However, need to get a handle on the guest who like to party all night and the staff that allows it. 2:30am and can still hear people, is very disrespectful to the guest sleeping. Need to enforce quiet rules.

  I came in and was very surprised with how pleasant the lobby smelled. I was immediately made uncomfortable by a man who was talking with the front desk and was making inappropriate comments and just getting way too close to me and my family, but I brushed it off. Crystal at the desk greeted us and was very personable. I just wish we could have gotten the check-in done quicker. I don’t want to sound rude, but there were a lot of unecessary things said. The room we got was very clean, smelled amazing, was spacious and had everything we needed. The housekeeping department needs to be recognized for their amazing work and attention to details. While we were gathered with other family members, the man who was present at check in came and sat down with us and was definitely under the influence of something as he was making us feel a bit uncomfortable with how close he was, touching us, and saying odd things. I got a bit annoyed when he started talking to our kids. After this man left, Louis, the General Manager, came and introduced himself and apologized profusely about the incident, we could tell he cared about us and how our stay was going. He told us that if we could contact his team is we needed anything or felt uncomfortable, and that his team was ready to assist us. Again, he was very well spoken, professional, and very kind. It was late at night so I can tell he works hard. The pool was small but we had it to our selves most of the time which was great. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at an IHG property. I have also never met a breakfast attendant who was as kind and willing to throw away our finished plates. At check out, Ivy was very professional and fun to interact with. We will definitely stay here again due to the amazing service provided by the staff. Louis should be very proud of his team.
