  Had a wonderful stay when we made our reservation Ivy was very helpful.When we check out for got to mention the battery on thermostat was flashing low

  We were here for a hockey tournament in Blaine and we had a 1030am game on Friday. I called the hotel to see about the possibility of a early check in and the person on the phone said we will make sure to have your room ready for when you arrive and they did. The moment we walked in Cain made us feel so welcomed. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, like it was raining out and he offered to walk us under the umbrella to our car. The breakfast was very good with something for everyone. I would recommend this place and I will stay there again. If you do stay here as for Cain and you will see customer service at its finest.

  This hotel offered us with everything we needed. The lobby smelled fresh and it was clean. The room was spotless and I loved the attention to detail provided by the housekeeping department. We did encounter an issue with a clogged toilet. The front desk staff came up right away to provide us with a plunger. A few hours later, I received a call from Louis, the hotel manager, he wanted to follow up with me regarding the issue. I could tell he genuinely cared about our satisfaction and if we were having an overall great stay. He offered us some points which we will use for a free night later this year. Vanessa from Houskeeping came and cleaned our room and provided us with great customer service, she was very respectful, and we could tell she loves her job. Thank you for such a great experience. We will be back!!

  I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was incredibly clean, and you could tell the staff takes great pride in keeping everything spotless. My room was fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Luis. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Excellent customer service and exceptional cleanliness are hard to find, but this hotel delivers both. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!
