    We were pleased with hotel, VERY EXPENSIVE. WE PAID 293. FOR 2 QUEEN BEDS! POOL EAS NOTCOLD, SWAM FOR AN HOUR.

    Pros: hotel is clean, serve breakfast, and it is within walking distance to paisley park. (35 min walk) Cons: poor customer service: Before I made a reservation I called to confirm details and then when I arrived, their policies started changing. Their team memeber Jasmine made check in very frustrating and their manager Jay didnt seem to really care. They made it seem like it was my fault for their poor communication. They over charged me with my deposit (literally provided me proof of the error).And despite my multiple complaints no one ever apologized. They made me feel very uncomfortable staying there and if I wasn't with my father & already paid for the room - I would of left and went elsewhere. I would never return to this hotel.

    If you are considering this for a wedding block - RUN! What an absolute nightmare this has been... Giving 2 stars because rooms were new and clean.

    Made a reservatiom for three nights with American Express Travel using my American Express Platinum card. Normally we receive a free room upgrade based on this. When arrived the desk person said "I see you reserved with third party Expedia" and assigned us a room on the first floor. Upon arrival in the room at 10:15 PM we immediately noticed loud footsteps in the room above us. After 15 minutes we determined that we would not be able to sleep and decided to go to the front desk and ask for our upgrade. The front desk person winced at this request and asked why we felt so "entitled". We explained that we were not entitled but rather it was an American Express policy when using the card. The desk attendant said he didn't have any remaining rooms on the third floor. With that knowledge we attempted to cancel the resevation and book somewhere else and he refused. We went back to the room and called AE Travel and they helped us book a new reservation at a different hotel. In the middle of this, we did go back to the desk and were offered a different room on the third floor, but it was a downgrade.
