  Good service, clean and comfy rooms, and perfect location (except for the road construction)! Perfect place for my friend and I to stay for a weekend at the Renaissance Faire 👍

  The cable in the rooms isn't all that good. The remotes for the tvs are hard to use, and they no longer do wake up calls. However, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice and most people don't go to the hotels for the televisions.

  Absolutely disappointing and a let down. We picked this hotel for the Jacuzzi and they shut it down because of the pool issues. The manager took zero responsibility for the amenities not being available and this was why we picked this hotel. He differed to the water readings. He didnt offer any kind of compensation. I had to ask for one and he said maybe. We picked this hotel because the Jacuzzi, called at 10 am the morning of to make sure it was up and running, and it was closed when we arrived. Our ice machine on the 2nd floor was also broke and super inconvenient. Had to go to the 1st floor and back up. The manager took no responsibility for the disappointment in the amenities. I won't ever stay at this hotel or its affiliates. Thanks for the disappointment. Also black flakes coming out of the bath tub faucet. So no bath either. Shower was sketchy

  This hotel is very nice. It's proximity to various shopping and eating locations is good. The staff was fantastic.

  We got married in Chaska last weekend and we booked a room block at Holiday Inn for our guests. We had a hell of a time trying to reach someone to help us organize that block. It was a few-month project, by far the most difficult and stressful part of the entire wedding planning process. We arrived to the hotel around 1am on the wedding night and the front desk worker told me they cancelled my room because they called me 2 times and left voicemails that evening to confirm (I was getting married). But said they could get us a room because they "had extras." The next day, we were leaving the hotel and I was waiting in between the doors for the car to pull up, and overheard a whole conversation the manager was having with 3 of his employees about how we are going to give them a hard time at checkout and how he called me and had to leave a voicemail and how mad he was about the whole situation and how inconvenient it was for him and was very disrespectful in the way he was speeking about us (checkout was a breeze, Im not sure what he was referring to a "hard time"). I understand why this hotel has a 2-star rating. It's too bad it's the only one close to Bavaria Downs.
