  To start off my wife’s sister is getting married and reserved 3 rooms for family and my wife goes in and try’s to check in at 230 yeah technically 30 minutes early but the Indian lady is flat out horrendous for customer service and should be immediately fired, tells my wife that the bride that’s tremendously busy Has to be there to check people in and there are no rooms ready with a attitude I was outside in the car with my kids when my wife came out and told me this. So I went in there, asked for a manager, and she stated that no one was available, I asked her How are we supposed to get the bride there when she’s not available, we have three kids We clearly know what the name is under. We clearly know how many rooms were Reserve like we’re making this up. Then, after apparently talking to her manager on the phone, they somehow have a room available two minutes later that’s ready to go.Go figure…. And let us check in, but then states that the other two rooms for those couples will need to have the bride there to allow it, which is absolutely ridiculous. Then proceeds to be extremely rude to the bride complaining to her about me going in there talking to her asking for a Manager not once did I raise my voice to her and she is one of the nicest people in the world so she was just apologizing, but she should not have been for how rude this lady is. Honestly, if the general manager reads this, you need to fire that Indian lady immediately. She clearly does not know customer service. It’s not like when she scheduled the room she was there in person so what’s the difference? I don’t know all the people that were checking in had the same last name. And on top of it, your hot tub is not fully turned on. It’s bathwater. It’s not hot tub water, and on top of it. There is so much chlorine and chemicals dumped into it it burns your eyes just sitting in there, and it legitimately bleached my wife’s swimsuit. Do better will never be back!

  Good service, clean and comfy rooms, and perfect location (except for the road construction)! Perfect place for my friend and I to stay for a weekend at the Renaissance Faire 👍

  The cable in the rooms isn't all that good. The remotes for the tvs are hard to use, and they no longer do wake up calls. However, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice and most people don't go to the hotels for the televisions.

  Absolutely disappointing and a let down. We picked this hotel for the Jacuzzi and they shut it down because of the pool issues. The manager took zero responsibility for the amenities not being available and this was why we picked this hotel. He differed to the water readings. He didnt offer any kind of compensation. I had to ask for one and he said maybe. We picked this hotel because the Jacuzzi, called at 10 am the morning of to make sure it was up and running, and it was closed when we arrived. Our ice machine on the 2nd floor was also broke and super inconvenient. Had to go to the 1st floor and back up. The manager took no responsibility for the disappointment in the amenities. I won't ever stay at this hotel or its affiliates. Thanks for the disappointment. Also black flakes coming out of the bath tub faucet. So no bath either. Shower was sketchy
