I talked to a Cody who was going to get back to me, he said the computer was down. I called again hours later to see if he forgot about me. He never called me back, not even the next day. I talked to a Sierra, who was excellent, 5 stars for her service, I explained everything to her and she was genuinely concerned and caring. I asked that the manager call me and I have not heard back even though I was told she was aware that I requested a call back. I ended up canceling my reservation because management did not call me back. I was looking forward to trying this hotel but chose a Wyndham hotel who has an excellent rewards program that is user friendly.
