  Nice hotel, rooms were maintained and in great shape. Location was nice enough and the parking lot was easy to access. My poor review was because of the rates and service. I stayed a week and every day was billed at a different rate with no explanation. Rates that swing $100+ for no reason is pretty sketchy.

  Spent a week and paid 2 rooms altogether nearly $3000 possibly more at this location in one trip. The front desk Simone is extremely rude both in person and on the phone that ruined our whole experience 🫤 It’s a shame staybridge have someone with such attitude to work at front. (front desk =first impression) I should have stay with Hilton and never come back to IHG again. I’d be happy to explain why if the management want to contact me, I can’t be the only one who complained about this piece of work.

  Hotel staff was friendly. Our room was very worn and dirty. Dinner plate size brown stain on the carpet. Animals are allowed here therefore I was concerned about what the stain could be. It didn’t appear as if anyone had attempted to clean it up. It made me even more concerned because of my 1 year old playing on the floor which I had to monitor even more than normal. There were multiple smears of brown unknown substances on the wall throughout the room. The silverware still had food on it. My daughter found a hair tie in her bed. There were chunks of something on the top of the toilet lid. Thick visible dust on ledges. I did politely make the hotel aware but it went unresolved as I did not receive a reply. The actual space & bed count was ideal for my family size as we have 5 children ages 1-13. We were in town for a basketball tournament and the hotel was centrally located to the schools in addition to local attractions such as the Mall of America.

  We stayed here for a few nights. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The lobby was decorated for the season, which was a nice touch. Our kids loved the pool, and it was clean. The pool water was harsh on the skin.
