Wife loved it. Probably best to go with kids who want to touch stuff. Felt bad for the sad sea turtles but they were probably rescued and can't be wild.

Not a very large variety of sea animals. It wasn't really a sea world at all. And to feed the manta rays it was 5 dollars for a cup of shrimp but the cup only had 2 tiny shrimp in it for 5 dollars.

I love aquariums and this place is so fun and the staff were friendly. I couldn't make this as a love though because other patrons are disrespectful and disgusting. They need to have a secondary exit that doesn't take you past the touch pool, especially for those of us with shellfish allergies. I had to dodge fish coated wet children and their horrible parents and giant strollers. It nearly ruined the experience for me being scared for my life because other people don't teach their goblins to keep their hands to themselves.

First and foremost, the staff I interacted with were lovely. That said, this experience was disheartening at best. At first glance, everything looks nice, but if you look beyond the surface, there are many issues with this attraction. One of the first aquariums you encounter showcases cichlids; however, African and South American species are housed in the same enclosure. While both are technically cichlids, their natural habitats are on different continents, and they require different pH levels and water conditions. I knew right then that I was in for an interesting experience. Other exhibits revealed similarly concerning issues, including tangs with head and lateral line erosion, a fish with pop-eye disease (conditions often caused by stress and poor water quality), and enclosures that felt too small for some of the animals. I’m no expert, but I know enough to recognize that either corners are being cut due to limited operating revenue, or those in charge are not fully aware of proper animal care. Beyond the animals, the attraction is filled with artificial plants that are extremely dusty—noticeably so, even in the low lighting. This isn’t a matter of missing a week or two of cleaning; it looks as though it hasn’t been dusted in years. The facility is in serious need of a thorough cleaning. I left feeling more saddened than when I arrived. To me, the experience felt unethical. Please do better for the sake of the animals in your care.

An excellent experience!! My sister and I visited yesterday and we loved everything about it. We walked through the tunnel of different fish, including several different species of sharks, stingrays, sturgeon, coral reef fish. Seahorse, jelly fish were fun to watch. Kathy & Alex spotted us enjoying the tanks and offered us a special tour above the tanks. Definitely a GREAT experience we were excited about. They were very knowledgeable about all the sea creatures!!! We also fed the stingrays, but tgey do not allow touching. You can touch a Sea Anemone. I would definitely recommend a stop of your in the area. It's right in the Mall Of America. We also did the virtual reality option. We got to pick the sea creature we wanted for the video and it was 7 minutes long. Also a small gift shop.
