  Hotel quiet Rooms could have been more cleaner. Dusty behind blinds and small tight spaces around shower needs attention. Positives: Staff was great from front desk staff to the shuttle drivers. Shout out to all the drivers. Derek, alex and Leo. Coffee station was great. Did not have breakfast, i wanted to sleep in instead.

  We were in town for a game at Target Field. The hotel was in a perfect location and rooms were comfortable and clean. Friendly hotel staff. Gary Lee drove us in the hotel shuttle to the Mall and was extremely helpful in giving directions and super nice to chat with along the way!

  Beware you have to pay $15 a day for parking at this location, doesn't make any sense since there is plenty of space and hotel is not in a downtown area. This is just an extra hotel fee that is not disclosed when you make a reservation. The prices on the washer and dryer are incorrect, they say $3 but it's really $8 to wash a load and another $8 to dry a load. There are no signs directing people to where the elevator is located. Will not stay here again.

  I have stayed here often. My last two stays were odd, to say the least. Several unannounced entry attempts while I was in the room. A few occurred when do not disturb was on door. Signs someone had entered the room while I was away (had left the closet door open blocking room from entry way and it was shut upon my return.) Had someone knock and attempt entry with a key at 5pm while I was in bathroom. When latch stopped them they announced housekeeping. When I brought this to the attention of front desk they stated that it wouldn't have been a employee and they weren't responsible for what other guest or people do. When I stated they had a key, I was told "that's concerning" and it was suggested that perhaps It was an unhoused person that unlike me couldn't afford a room. The lock on my door looked tampered with and fell off when I shut the door. This was brushed off and attributed to a maintenance person. I asked for a lock audit and they printed out a PMS (pictured) report and pretended to go over it with me as if it was, stating if anyone had accessed the room it would have been on there. Also when i looked closer at PMS report it shows they changed my room # right after checking in. I recall having to come back down twice to get a new key and several times over the course of my last two stays. Also despite stating I booked 3rd party they tried to charge me for the room. I have gotten so used to this occurring that I move all funds except the deposit amount out of my checking account prior to check in so it gets declined (also evident in PMS report pictured) I will be contacting corporate office to request an ACTUAL lock audit.

  Great hotel. We had a reservation snafu which they handled very well. Breakfast choices are great. No noise from the airport which definitely can be a problem. Lovely shower. Beds very comfy but bring your own pillow if you like a little more "meat". The hotel pillows are super flat. We did request extra pillows which were promptly provided. One suggestion is to have housekeeping check sheets for wear and tear. The fitted sheet was very pilled and top sheet was thin and had a tear so they were quite well used. Staff all friendly. Will return!
