  I only chose this hotel because it was supposed to be convenient for sleeping and parking my car for the week before a flight. Unfortunately, it failed at both customer service and basic comfort. The ventilation system in the room was extremely loud and powerful, making it almost impossible to sleep properly. I reported the issue, but no meaningful assistance was offered. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle service, but when I needed it, nobody answered the phone. Their app also did not work, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay for an Uber to get to the airport. After returning, I submitted a complaint about the situation. I was told that something would be done to address the issue, but nobody ever followed up. Once again, a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a reliable airport hotel with parking, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel. I certainly will next time.

  Kayla at the front desk is an outstanding front desk agent. She assisted me without hesitation, greeted me with a warm smile, and was able to accommodate all of my requests. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made my experience exceptional. She is a tremendous asset to your front desk team and staff.   Our shuttle driver Gary Lee was so awesome! Very positive and informative! We had missed our flight due to several issues and he honestly just made us feel better about the whole situation! The lady checking us in was also very sweet and helpful. Just a great experience after a very long day! Room was very clean and comfortable!

  It was a bad night at this hotel. My wife and I needed a place to sleep for the night and saw this was open. I booked it through my IHG account. I will not do that again; I didn't even get a thank you for being a member. The room was busted up. The bed next to the window was broken, thank goodness we got a double bed. The shower door doesn't close all the way, and the plugs to charge your phone were broken. Smelled like someone had bad BO in there. Didnt say anything to the lady at the desk we just wanted to get out of there asap. Room 305 DO NOT STAY IN!

  15 DOLLARS A DAY TO PARK as a paying guest is insane. You can take plates and know who’s supposed to be in your lot. Yet you choose to charge people. They sent a man to come repeatedly bang on my door at 11am-12pm eventually not leaving. He told me that LATE CHECKOUT is at 11am. I travel for work and I’ve been at hundreds of Holiday Inn, none have been 11am late checkout. Regardless of if he gave me wrong information (which is his only job so he should probably figure it out if so) I got out of there quickly which was an inconvenience. Don’t bother paying for late checkout, luckily I’m a member so I didn’t have to pay. Left immediately after that hostile attitude. Great way to treat your paying guests, member or non member. The grout around the shower was yellow and the air vent by the ceiling were covered in black dust. Toilet seats look like they need to be changed.
