  They charge $100 for a deposit. I was not aware of this when I booked this so that took $100 away from our vacation and now that I’m home the money still hasn’t came back yet so I’ll have to wait for a week for that to finally come back, which screws me all up now if I would’ve known about that ahead of time I would’ve just drove back after the concert or found a different hotel

  Polyester sheets!!! You can cut corners in a lot of places, but not the sheets. I sweat the entire night. 100% cotton is industry standard. Breakfast was all heavy processed food. Key door devise broken, had to request new keys 3 times. I do not recommend at all. Many better options nearby.

  My Experience with this hotel was All bad. Not at all what I expected. The moment I stepped into our room, a smell of mildew over took me! The floors felt moist, and the bathrooms were very small. Noticed that the sprinkler on the ceiling of the bathroom was also very rusted, wondering if there was a fire, would it work????? The beds were also very stiff and uncomfortable, had stains on the sides of the beds. I got a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Underneath the bed of the pull out sofa, was a huge pee stain, or I think it was pee... It was so disgusting, that I doubled the blankets. Last but not least, the air in the room was very suffocating. Not to mention, the smell combined with the suffocation is bad. My babies, could sense it as well. We had to cut on the air conditioning, just to get rid of some of the moistness in the air. I don't know if there's mold under the floors, or in the walls. But the smell was very huge. The housekeepers, didn't speak English, so they were called on multiple times, to retrieve things from the room. The pool was also very dirty. The only good thing about it, was the breakfast in the morning. This was not a good experience.

  We've stayed at this location several times in the past. Is it the nicest hotel? No. Does it have the most comfortable beds? Also no. But we have never had a dirty room. The staff have always been friendly and always go above and beyond to accommodate any request we've made. The location is great as it is closely located to an excellent variety of shopping and major roads. The price per night is quite affordable. If the owners happen to read this, invest some money in a few small updates and give your staff a raise. They earn it daily by keeping customers coming back again and again. Lastly, the turkey sausage and cinnamon rolls are pretty tasty at breakfast time.

  I want to say thank you to the holiday inn staff for making us feel so welcome and very helpful. The staff is absolutely friendly. The rooms are very nice and very spacey. Also I would say very clean! Great job Holiday inn housekeepers! The breakfast was absolutely amazing everything was hot. The cinnamon rolls were amazing. The location of the hotel is in a great location. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I am back in Minnesota! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
