  Check in was smooth, rooms were ok, nothing special but had everything we needed and were clean. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were small. Nice pool and hot tub, small but nice restaurant with good food. Would stay again.

  I originally was looking for a hotel that doesn't charge for parking or breakfast. I guess I didn't realize until checking in they charge $9 for an adult breakfast and you get 2 free kids breakfast. So we went down the first morning to check it out. When I say it was the most basic bare breakfast bar....not worth the $9 yall just greedy at that point teyna charge for it. Dennys is right around the corner. There was no variety selection or anything. I never thought Id say but Comfort Inns Breakfast is too tier compared to this. Otherwise room and pool was nice.

  We were in town for our kids tournament, hotel was close to where the event was. Although it was extremely busy - staff checked us in very fast. Lobby had some nice fruits for us - and the fragerance in lobby is so welcoming. Also - it's the only few hotels left with hot tub! They kept it very clean! (we checked online with other places before choosing this hotel)

  No fun zone got yelled at for smoking and nobody was around but the house keepers so seems silly and lack of hospitality to nit pick , if you like to smoke and chill this ain’t the spot, lots of trash on the property daily tho that they didn’t attend to Only thing that saved from 1 star was front desk associates was nice for most part People pay top prices to be at these nicer hotels to be left alone just to get bothered anyway

  HI are often hit or miss for me. I thought this one would be a hit, but it was a big miss. The building is poor construction with cheap flooring, doors, walls, etc. The place is pretty filthy with stains on all carpeting in halls, main areas, and rooms. There is a strong sweet, cheap clesning chemical smell throughout. The hallways smell of old body odor. Our room had dark markings all over the walls like a child was writing on it. There are stains and smudges all over furniture. The room is small, bathroom is postage stamp. The bed is newer so it was comfortable. Breakfast was a total disappoint with weak water downed coffee and room temperature food. The common areas offer a foosball table and board games but furniture doesn't look inviting with coffee and tea spills. Location is close to Edina, where I wanted to be, but a bit far west end of American Blvd. Won't stay here again.
