My wife and I stayed here last night. September 25th. We checked in late around 11pm. I didn’t get the name of the gent at the counter but asked the following morning. It was a younger gent with thick dreads. He was new, but not as new as the other guy. They thought his name was Lavelle. He was the most awesome well spoken and kind gentleman I could have ever expected. I have worked in customer service for many ment years and I can tell you this man is a GEM. keep him!!!

Good locations for nearby shops and restaurants. It is a typical hotel for short stays and on the go.. Pool and hot tub is good, nice and clean.

This hotel is NOT accessible. No walk in showers. The shower chair in the room was already broken. So I was unable to shower. They didn’t have a replacement when I asked. The toilet was high up and I need a lower toilet. The bed was ridiculously high that I couldn’t get in it by myself. This is room 424. The things at the pool to help those in wheelchairs get in and out of the hot tub were very rusty and given that the shower chair was broken, I didn’t even want to take my chances. There was no place in the hotel room I could comfortably sit without it causing more pain. The elevator was small. My service dog, PCA, and my wheelchair and I barely fit. No extension on wands to close curtains. No lower bar to hang clothes. They literally had a peep hole at eye level, and a shower chair to call this room accessible. Be warned.. if you need accommodations, this is not the hotel to stay in. Yes. The breakfast options are great and they are on top refilling it. But if you are able bodied, then it’s not a bad hotel.

Very clean hotel. Dated in some areas. If the place had a little face lift and some updates as in new showers to replace the old 1980s showers this hotel would be absolutely perfect from top to bottom! But overall I’d recommend this hotel to almost anyone and I will definitely stay here again. Very comfy bed and VERY clean bedding and towels which was a big positive!

**Update 09/12: I have horribly itchy bites all over my arms and legs. Rating two stars was too generous. - 09/03: Maybe two stars is generous. Everything was okay until the morning, when I found a bug in my bed. I’m no expert but every search has led me to believe this is a bed bug nymph. I checked out, informed the front desk, and the male treated it like a regular situation. Didn’t ask to see more, take any details, or anything. Just a “it’s summer and we keep the doors open”. Maybe it’s a one off thing, maybe it’s not. You view the images and decide. I was in room 325.
