- BTBrandi TweteJun 23, 20261.0We stayed at this hotel June 18 through June 20. Would not recommend. Our room smelled like smoke. There was poop in the toilet. We had called ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was working. They said yes but when we got there it was cold like the swimming pool. Tried to ask the front desk regarding hot tub. One guy said it wouldn't be fixed til June 24th, another person by the pool said they were fixing it on the 21st. Asked the second day we were there and they said they were just plugging it in and should be warm this evening. It wasn't. Pool area was very dirty. Would never stay at this hotel again. Online pictures do not do it justice. Super run down. I tried to contact manager regarding this but they were never there and never returned my phone call.

And if you try to communicate through the text messages that they initiated on the weekend, you will not get a response. Completely impossible to reach on weekends.
