  The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to! Carpets are disgusting, like seriously so gross. and the rooms smell terrible. Dog pee everywhere. Nothing looks or feels clean! The front desk worker was very kind though.

  I stay in hotels often I am an IHG Diamond elite and I am sure there is a holiday somewhere close, however I say that to further express my point. If i could take this hotel with me home my lord would I. From the clean rooms, walking distance to a lot of amenities as well as a beautiful sunrise view. Yes it is next to a train track...wanna talk about above and beyond. Staff offers complimentary ear plugs that arent the cheap ones! I dont need them but it was a nice offer. Breakfast in the morning for us on the road drivers is a bonus. And if you are blessed to receive service from Marissa consider yourself well taken care of. She is absolutely AMAZING and goes above and beyond at providing the needs of her guest. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing as well rooms are always clean, great wifi and for me personally I like a solid water pressure and HOT water no misses in either department at this hotel. Did I mention indoor heated area with a pool and jaccuzzi...the TLDR is COME STAY AND ENJOY you are welcome.

  They charged us $100 for a dog we never had and when I asked to see the camera footage the gm said our camera doesn’t see down the hall that far - rom 327 so be careful -

  This place is INFESTED with BED BUGS. I had an absolutely horrible night. I had to leave in the middle of the night after realizing that my room had a BED BUG infestation. It was a complete nightmare, especially because I had important commitments early the next morning and had to take immediate action to protect my belongings. I received no real solution or assistance from the hotel. They did not refund my money and acted as if they simply didn’t care about what had happened. How can a place with BED BUGS be open to the public? Guests should not have to worry about bringing an infestation home with them or dealing with the stress and expense that comes with it. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

  This is a older hotel but kept well. The rooms are large sized and clean. The staff is awesome! I have a service dog and they made sure she was was welcome and treated well.
