  The deposit is quite ridiculous. Its gone up. Requiring $300 down. Other than that, we have been staying here whenever I come back to visit from out of state (maybe once a month or every so often). Staff has usually and almost always been good to us. When a problem arised, without even having to ask them, like a charge on the billing, a front desk staff member personally came to my door, the management looked into it; notifying me right away. Staff is wonderful and I enjoy them all. Super friendly and very accommodating for the most part.

  Was there Tuesday night, and there was puke on the pool floor and chunks of puke in the hot tub. This mess was still there Wednesday night. Absolutely gross

  Stayed here for sports event. Internet was extremely poor. Pool closed. Strange notes from management posted every where about storms, pets, smoking, maid service, etc. No maid service unless requested but they leave an envelope to tip the maid. The upside is the location

  Very disappointed in our stay. Our room smelt terrible from the air conditioner, the bed was dirty, there was dog hair throughout the room (and even in the shower) and it smelt like dog urine by one of the beds. They gave us a can of febreeze that did nothing to help.

  Staff was super friendly! Nice pool and breakfast was good. Would stay again, close to the highway and railroad tracks though so noise was moderate
