- MMMelissa MillerAug 20, 20262.01 of the rooms we got was so humid. When I mentioned things feeling moist the front desk said that hall stays moist and had dehumidifiers ready to put in the room. They know this and 1 don't tell you it's a problem at check in and 2 why aren't they dealing with it. Mold grows at 50% the room was reading at 62% the last time I looked at it. The pool closes from 3 to 4 every day yet it dirty. The floor is slimy. There are several black areas. The pool towels are just kept in bins. 2 clean 1 dirty. Nothing folded. There should be a sign on the frontage road.
- KWKimberly WicksAug 10, 20263.0We won a free 1 night stay at this hotel with waterpark passes. Waterpark was great and so was the arcade, but the room did not have any working AC. It was 80° in our room on the 3rd floor and we had our 2 small children with us. My husband went down to the front desk and was told the hotel was full so they couldn’t move us rooms and sent him with a box fan and told us to open the window. Neither opening the window or using the box fan helped. We loaded our kids up at 10pm and left. It was way too hot for any of us to sleep. Tub drain was also broken and couldn’t drain the water out after giving the kids a bath.

- DDDavidJun 27, 20261.0This is a water park.... designed for kids... yet 4 out of 5 days we stayed here they had western egg white eggs. The pancake machine has been broken also. The breakfast has been horrid. Now the pool itself.... they are closed from 3 to 4 pm that is all. Yet through out the day they close slides and stuff for now reason. The pool has mold and so do the tables. Bathrooms look uncleaned for awhile. The rolms themselves are okay. The water pressure is very weak. Pillows are worn out. Tvs are tiny and outdated. Overall a bad experience id save your money and go elsewhere.
